What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy has completely transformed how our sales team works. The Ask Buddy feature is a lifesaver during live calls when tough questions come up, I can instantly find accurate, up-to-date answers without digging through old decks or drives. Content is always current, thanks to centralised updates that show up directly in my CRM, so I trust what I’m sharing. The Salesforce integration fits seamlessly into my workflow, making it easy to prep calls, pull case studies, or follow up all without switching tools. Onboarding has also improved drastically. new AEs get guided learning paths and real-life scenarios, cutting ramp time nearly in half. The digital sales rooms add professionalism and let us track buyer engagement for smarter followups. Most importantly, the team actually uses it. Unlike other platforms we’ve tried, GTM Buddy has become part of our daily routine. It’s not perfect, but for growing sales teams, it solves the real problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI search is frustratingly specific, missing relevant content if I don't use exact keywords. Analytics are basic compared to other sales tools I'd love deeper insights into what content actually drives deals forward. Customization is limited, which frustrates our marketing team when branding digital sales rooms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy solved our biggest headache: content chaos. Before, our team was using outdated battle cards, hunting through shared drives during calls, and new hires took forever to get up to speed. Now I have current, relevant content

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable feature is the visibility into who has opened the deck and how much time each RPC has spent on it. Additionally, it provides insights into which decks are performing best and receiving the most engagement from RPCs
What do you dislike about the product?
While GTM Buddy is highly effective in providing content visibility and engagement insights, the user interface can feel slightly cluttered at times, especially when navigating through multiple decks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy helps solve the challenge of tracking sales content engagement by providing clear visibility into who is viewing the shared decks and how much time they spend on each section. This insight enables me to prioritize follow-ups more effectively, tailor conversations based on buyer interest, and identify which content resonates most with our audience. It ultimately enhances sales productivity and improves buyer engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, gives updates,and can send large files easily to the clients. GTM Buddy integrates seamlessly with CRM and communication tools like Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, and Slack to deliver relevant content in context, directly where salespeople work. It eliminates the need for reps to search through multiple folders or platforms for collateral.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the content attached is not accessible to the client. GTM Buddy is not as widely recognized. GTM Buddy is primarily a cloud-based tool with limited support for offline access, which may be a drawback for reps working in low-connectivity environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trackingif the client has read the email, how much time he spent on reading the email, how many time he visited the content. Delivers contextual, just-in-time content directly within CRM or email tools, based on deal stage, persona, competitor, etc.Delivers battle cards, playbooks, and coaching content in real time within the sales workflow.

GTM Buddy makes my life way easier as I can quickly find the sales content and info I need, so my outreach feels more organised and on point

There are customers who prefer collaterals as pdf attachments instead of links.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about GTM Buddy is their Intent to provide the best experience to their customers, they interact with the users, take their feedbacks and work on it in a timely manner.

From a product centric view, I love the content sharing and the insights that I get regarding the asset. Recently I have been using their ASK BUDDY feature and I am surprisingly happy about how it has shaped up and how useful it is for SDRs and PMMs to seek right answers in natural language in real-time. Loved using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. But if I have to pick one, it will be the need to enter email ids every time when accessing the Digital Sales Room.
This requirement should be changed because in a highly regulated industries like banking and financial services, this is kind of a deal breaker.
Also the UI could be made better and modern, making it easier to access the features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy solves primarily content discovery and content distribution for us. It it the main driver when it comes to sharing the content via emails or digital sales room with the prospects.

Benefits that we have experienced so far is better search, systematic repository of content that is easily accessible. Also it helps in attributing the content with the deals in the CRM, gives a better idea about what SDRs are sharing to whom and when. Also how that content is resonating with the prospects and the reader. Also it gives a better idea to us regarding which content the user has read. Overall it helps us with content level insights.

What do you like best about the product?
It surfaces exactly the right assets: decks, talk tracks, case studies. No more asking around or hunting in folders. The integration into my workflow is seamless. It also gives me real-time content tailored to each opportunity, letting me personalize emails and calls without slowing down. My prep time has been cut in half, and I now feel more confident handling objections with consistent, battle-tested messaging. It’s helped me scale outreach while staying sharp and consultative. GTM Buddy basically eliminates friction between marketing content and sales execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s honestly very little to dislike. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the occasional minor delay in previews loading, but it’s rare, and the tradeoff in utility is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy solves the classic problem of “content chaos” where sales teams don’t know what to say, where to find assets, or how to tailor messaging. Before, I’d spend too much time digging through folders or waiting on marketing for the right material. Now, I get exactly what I need, in the right context, right when I need it. It’s helped me personalize at scale, reduce prep time, and have much more strategic, confident conversations with prospects.
