What do you like best about the product?
1. Always there to help 24/7; the staffs are always ready to help.
2. It's helping me to pick the right content for my prospects.
3. customization capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen any cons with the software since I used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content Management - It gives me Visibility of usage & How much time my prospects are spending time in a document
It helps me to understand my prospect's needs, and accordingly, I can pitch them.

What do you like best about the product?
The end-to-end capabilities of the sales enablement platform are quite good. I found great value in the competitor battle-card feature.
Other than this, I like the personas and the contextual recommendations.
While drafting an email, the suggestions for content is good.
The ability to track content sharing.
SDR teams can use GTM buddy's outreach integration to personalise the email with the right content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The personas feature can show a hierarchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have wanted an end-to-end sales enablement platform, and GTM Buddy has tackled most of the challenges.
Our content was scattered in cloud and it was difficult for the sales reps to find and share with the prospects.
Since our deals are at an enterprise level, we needed great attention to personalised and contextualised text.

What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy is our one-stop shop for content management, meeting prep, competitive intelligence and a lot more. I especially love how it generates contextual recommendations and customer references based on the opportunity/lead being pursued. They were super quick with their implementation, we were able to go live in less than a month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. They are highly proactive in identifying gaps and providing quick updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sellers are able to find what they are looking for, whether it's case studies, comp intel, FAQs, all in one place. They love how it fits easily into their workflows and surfaces content in the places it's required the most.

Ease of use is a word that I keep hearing from the Sales team a lot. Autoindexing is also a neat capability that helps us in tagging our assets without a lot of manual effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sales People have access to the most relevant content in their flow of work - Greater content visibility and easy discovery helped us improve our content adoption, tremendously. As a product marketer, there's no greater joy than to see documents that were once rarely used, being discovered and shared. Their reporting and analytics give a full picture of how content is being utilized, how prospects are engaging with it and its influence on the revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The announcement drafting feature is not up to the mark as when we shoot an announcement, there are irregular spaces in between visible only on the Mail platform and not on the GTM buddy platform. This could be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
• Enabling the Sales Team with Contextually relevant content that can be accessed in their Email/Linkedin/Whatsapp and Salesforce workflows.
• Reduced reliance on Product Marketers since GTM Buddy acts as a single source of truth for content, customer name-drops, objection handling, comp intel, etc
• Visibility into content usage/performance

What do you like best about the product?
I like how GTM Buddy integrates with various platforms and allows access to and sharing content from anywhere. It's currently our single source of truth for all content needs and it's become easier for us to track content adoption and performance. We now have usage metrics of each collateral and can derive insights into what is working and what is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. The GTM Buddy team has been super proactive ever since we started using the tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can collaborate with Sales on various day-to-day tasks like content feedback, new content requests, and other action items. It's easy for us to keep track and close on the Sales Team's requirements.

GTM buddy makes your client engagement super smooth while helping you share the right content in seconds, track the effectiveness of your outreach, and refer to the collaterals using keywords.

- Continuous enhancements on the critical requirements,
- Ease of use - You don't need the training to use the platform

GTM has been impressive from the beginning. We couldn't realize the gaps so far.

The Content management Platform , detailed insights on content usage & visibility on content consumption from sales team. Integration with CRM tools like SFDC is a big highlight

What do you like best about the product?
GTMBuddy integrates with all the tools that I use in Sales. This makes it super easy to attach any collaterals that I want to share with my prospective clients.

I also like how they are super helpful in terms of supporting their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
GTMbuddy has a great dashboard to search for and manage customer-facing content.
However, once the viewer link is created, it is difficult to remove any item from the viewing slides. The rest of the functionalities work great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving content discovery, management and sharing with the client. It integrates with the tech stack and makes it easy for the sales team to track engagement on the items shared.
