Great MDM solution for Apple Devices
What do you like best about the product?
Great MDM solution for Apple Devices, Fast and helpful Customer support, UI is fantastic. Ease of integration with ABM. Great App Store and app update manager. Built in Anti-virus and malware detection is great. All in all fantasic software which meets all our needs for our Company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there are more reporting tools and indepth in threat detection section. Lack of features in iPhone and Apple TV customisation

Easy and fast managment for all our Apple Devices.

Certain limitations like having a back end to run terminal commands from remotely without impacting the current user

Coming from a small IT Team, Kandji has allowed us to effectively manage our fleet of Apple devices without constant manual, administrative work. For the most part, it's a set and forget tool that just works.
The onboarding process was simple and smooth. Support from Kandji is always top notch, and they are super quick at answering any questions we have.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific comes to mind that we dislike about Kandji. The only thing worth mentioning is that Kandji provides quite an 'out of the box' set of features, when compared with some other products which are more tailored. For us, it was more valuable to have an out of the box, simple solution, however I appreciate some organisations would rather have the flexibility that is offered by other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Apple devices - pushing updates, enforcing patches, enforcing company policies.
Kandji is a recommended Apple MDM
What do you like best about the product?
It has a freindly well designed UI with many good features to control and monitor your Apple devices across your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations settings are not fine grinded enough.

Kandji assinting in control and monitor all of my Apple devices across my organization.

I like Kandji MDM it is easy to use sync with Google Workspace and works perfectly.

I don't like that it is build for Apple only.

Game Changer for Remote Management
What do you like best about the product?
Since implemented Kandji we have been able to efficiently manage team systems, roll out updates and track workflows. Kandji has been real game changer for managing team systems! The admin interface is easy to use and helpful when running updates.

To be honest there isn't much at all to not like about Kandji

What do you like best about the product?
Kandji has completely changed the way we manage our Apple state, mainly MacBooks. The enrollment has been easy to configure thanks to their extensive and well explained guides which will definitely help you, from the links to your O365 tenant to an entire zero-touch deployment including apps, configs, policies, security settings...
The entire process has been great and a big thank you to the team for their help on the onboarding and implementation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing we have encountered so far but as I have seen on others reviews, it will probaly be easier for an admin if they already have got some knowledge and experience on MDM platforms, integrations and mobile devices configurations to have a smoother transition.
If you already have this, it should be easy enough to go through it and if not, they still have got really good documentation on every step of the way to help you

What do you like best about the product?
The whole process from the initial call to onboarding has been amazing and a huge thenkyou to the team. The platform is exactly what we needed in terms of fully mange our Mac estate, from deployment, to patching and asset tracking.
Its ease of use to setup, implement and integration is so well laid out, and the customer support elements are well delivered and easy to use.

Ill be honest, i just cant fault it, the platform is everything we need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never had a proper way to support the Mac assets in the business, and deployment was extremely manual process. In terms of updates, it was a similar thing, if a device came back in we patched and did what we needed. The Kandji platform has transformed this whole process for us
