What do you like best about the product?
Kandji allows us to troubleshoot our Assistive Talk devices remotely, eliminating the need for physical presence. This feature is invaluable as it allows us to address issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring that our students have continuous access to the assistive technology they rely on.
We truly value how Kandji empowers us to effectively implement and accommodate the diverse assistive needs of our students, tailoring our approach to support each individual’s requirements. The program’s integration features are particularly impressive; they seamlessly connect with various platforms and tools we use, enhancing our overall educational experience.
Moreover, the customer support offered by Kandji is outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist us with any questions or challenges we encounter. This level of support is a significant advantage, making our experience with the software much more pleasant. Again, Kaylee is the ABSOLUTE BEST!
Finally, while the interface may take a little getting used to initially, it becomes intuitive and easy to navigate with regular use. Frequent engagement with the program allows us to unlock its full potential, ultimately benefiting both our staff and students alike.

We haven't encountered a downside with the program as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji is effectively tackling our challenges related to remote assistance in configuring devices. With its robust platform, we are able to seamlessly manage two separate locations from a centralized interface, streamlining our operations and enhancing productivity. This unified management approach with Kandji allows us to ensure consistent device settings and security policies across both sites, making our IT processes more efficient and reliable.
Kandji has been a great MDM platform for us and continues to get better
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and provides all the control we need without a lot of needless extras and complexity. We use it daily to manage a fleet of 200+ devices. Their professional services team helped us with a fast and easy implementation and then a very smooth migration away from another MDM that we outgrew. Integration with Apple Business Manager was easy and certificate renewals are done quickly without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a small number of things that would be nice to be able to do in the GUI but are only available via their API. This isn't a huge issue once you discover the API capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zero touch deployment and deprovisioning for Apple devices with a 200 user remote workforce. Security policy enforcement for an enterprise that needs SOC2 Type II and PCI compliance.
Kandji: The Best MDM After Testing Them All
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji has been a game-changer for our Apple device management. First trying Mosyle, then Hexnode, then Addigy, and after a year on Jamf Now, it's finally everything we needed: intuitive interface, robust feature set, and the automation has made the device management almost unnoticeable.
Equally impressive is the customer experience. My fantastic rep, Kaylee, made it painless and seamless during the quoting process; she seemed really interested in what our needs would be. The support team has been equally fantastic: quick, effective, knowledgeable. With service like this on top of the functionality of Kandji, this was worth switching to.

What do you dislike about the product?
Kandji is actually a bit pricey compared to the other solutions that we tested; however, after considering that Kandji actually is a feature-rich platform which includes all functions in the license, unlike its competitor Jamf, where some modules need to be purchased as an addition-it actually is good value in a long perspective: you get from the very box everything you want and even a bit more, so it definitely is worth this money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji's totally streamlined the entire function of managing our Apple devices-from making sure updates are easy to do on macOS devices to the confidence in each machine being updated and secure in and of themselves, with no additional input required or sought from the end-users. That's not even mentioning other big benefits like printers, app deployment-including custom apps-and even line-of-business apps.
This level of control and flexibility has saved us countless hours and eliminated headaches, allowing us to focus on more strategic tasks instead of tedious device management. It's been a game-changer for our operations!

Easy Corporate Asset Management for all things Apple!
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji's UI is very easy to navigate through! It was a huge upgrade from our previous management system!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there aren't any major issues to dislike about Kandji! (Maybe having to re-authenticate every 30 days!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company largely leverages Kandji for mobile device management and managing MacOS and Iois devices. With out previous management system, large scale enrollment and patching were quite a bit of a headache to navigate through. Kandji's approach is much more straight forward and reliable!
Smart way to manage Apple Devices
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji is a powerful tool for managing and protecting Apple Devices. Through it easy to operate interface Admins can develop templates or BluePrints from a library of controls. Along with management, you can also authenticate users via Microsoft Entra ID and protect the OS from malware via their EDR service.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I do not have any dislikes.

Powerful MDM that just works.
What do you like best about the product?
The simple nature of setting and managing my library items and fleet. For years, I was the administrator of a >1,000 MacBook workforce using Jamf Pro and managing thing in Jamf was a full-time job. With Kandji, I can set it and forget it. And my users love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm afraid that some of the more recent feature development is creeping into uncessecary levels of complexity. I love Kandji because it's simple to use and easy to understand. I've noticed a trend toward a more powerful, but more complex solution.

Enforcing the asset management requirements from SOC 2.

Need to mute some of the alerts that are irrenlvants.

We are big fans of Kandji in the IT department. IT just works!
We set up the policies and Blueprints over a year ago and just let the system do what it does best!
We've connected it to Okta so our onboarding experience is very smooth with no interation from IT needed.
If only all platforms were this easy!
