Kandji is a clean solid MDM solution
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji is easy to implement, has a very clean interface, and provides the core functionality needed for MDM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. We do not have any current issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an Apple solution to cover our corporate device management needs.
Fantastic and Easy to Use MDM tool!
What do you like best about the product?
In a word...simplicity. Kandji has streamlined our enrollment, usability, and ongoing administration of our devices. Support is quick to respond and very helpful. Prebuilt blueprints, like those for CIS controls, make quickly achieving a minimum level of security easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to organize devices into groups, but I understand that tagging can achieve similar results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji helps us manage our devices to ensure our compliance and contractual obligations.

Kandji makes it easy to manage devices, makes it easy to implement our policies, and most importantly, is relatively inexpensive compared to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. only able to manage mac, hopelly sometime can manage multiple Operating system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in our company we already ISO 27001 certification, and ofcource its making user not comfortable because we need a lot policy especially related for security and also software limitations.
in the beginning we are really struggling to implemence 1 by 1 every each other, and also setup different application in each department,at the end we found a miracle (kandji), kandji really make us (IT Technician) happy,because we don't need to setup 1 by 1, all just on 1 dashboard, 1 blueprint

Support is clearly Kandji’s top priority.
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and ease of use — that’s an amazing application, unlike anything I’ve used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no complaints or dislikes for Kandji
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using CrowdStrike, but it made things quite complicated. That’s why we wanted to test Kandji’s UI/UX — and it’s definitely been worth it.

The simplicity, user experience and support are top notch.

As of now nothing in particular, everything has been running smoothly.

Effortless Apple Device Management with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji is easy to use and implement across the organization and would highly recommend to anyone who has anywhere from a few to a fleet of Apple devices of any kind. I use it almost it daily and every time that I use it I'm amazed that the online assistance can be done via an actual person who knows the ins and outs of the software and the knowledge articles that they publish.
What do you dislike about the product?
The authentication mechanism between Apple Business and Kandji can be burdensome. But once it's setup it's good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of management for rollout of devices across the organization. Can send devices directly to the individual without interaction and have it roll out all needed changes automatically.
Apple MDM, Solved
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji is ridiculously easy to administer and acts as something of a force multiplier on our small IT team, making it painless to keep our devices patched and in compliance with appreciably little effort. Our onboarding was super smooth, and the (admittedly very few times) I've needed support it's never been more than about a five minute email wait away. Getting it up and going, removing our prior MDM via Kandji, and setting up our ABM to auto-integrate it into our daily lives was as painless as an MDM rollout can possibly be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more automated integrations to the App Library with EDR suites (Sophos, etc) would be welcome! And I very much wish we could deploy it to Windows and Linux

Kandji has been a game-changer for our Apple device management. Its seamless integration with Apple Business Manager lets us drop-ship devices directly to users with zero-touch setup, which is critical for our distributed teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Windows support and pricing tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji is helping us track missing devices, seamlessly push apps, and simplify onboarding for new team members. Its intuitive interface makes it easy for staff to adopt when they need to use the platform, and the Self Service feature empowers users to install tools without waiting on IT—freeing up time and improving productivity across the board.

What do you like best about the product?
Kandji provides all the tools to manage your company's Apple devices, simplifying standardization, build, deployment, monitoring, and support. When you need help, customer support has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alert handling could use a little tweaking, there's no way to clear an Alert if you correct it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Kandji we created a standard build for all Apple Devices, manage SW versioning, and track company assets.

Kandji is saving us a tremendous amount of man hours setting up and provisioning devices for end users. It gives us a reasonable insight into their device use without being obtrusive. Lets us protect and secure our devices for compliance purposes.
