What do you like best about the product?

Great tool to manage Saas spend and good service
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are very useful and the team is very quick in responding and adding new APIs, and features. The tool can be very useful if your organization has alot of saas tools and keeping track becomes difficult
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process can be quite cumbersome but that is true for all tools where you are moving to more organized data. More accounting tool integrations should be build

Keeping a tab on all the saas spends, contract repository, and monitoring usage of tools thereby helping us reduce inefficiencies and save cost. The procurement function can also be of great help if you are exploring new saas tools for your org.

I'd say two things mainly, their power comparing tools with same features, which is really helpful, and their help and proactivity to tackle this threads and offer their help to take decisions

My best idea is that would be helpful to see comparisons through graphic illustrations. It's easier to understand everything

Already Far Out But Still A Long Way To Go

The interface is easy to understand and navigate, there are lots of reports you can generate and the crew are very much willing to help us clients with all our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the modules/views are not screen capture ready. columns aren't sizable to what the user wants, deprovisioning is still manual but I know they're working to have this feature out soon.

Aside from the platform, cloud eagle is helping us negotiate with our application/software vendors to cut costs. Software harvesting. Right now we are in the process of integrating a lot of discovered apps.
