An amazing SaaS management tool for streamlining the SaaS renewal and buying processes
What do you like best about the product?
Our complete tech stack is now managed from a single dashboard, allowing us to make adjustments as needed to cut costs and guarantee that all users are making the most of the tools as intended. CloudEagle frequently releases new features and provides top-notch customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, nothing noteworthy has occurred. We had some bugs in the platform initially that CloudEagle was quick to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of CloudEagle, we are able to monitor the effectiveness of our SaaS implementation, ensure that it goes smoothly, and, in the event that usage is low, determine whether additional training is necessary to make it work or whether fewer users should be counted, which helps prevent financial leakage.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of work, no need to follow up with SaaS invoices, renewals etc. Also, it allows us to handle all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I do not observe any downside/difficulty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplified SaaS spend tracking and better visibility over new SaaS applications purchased by the department.
Amazing product - saves time, work, and money.
What do you like best about the product?
CloudEagle was an excellent helping hand for the G&A team. We mainly looked forward to utilizing the application usage information but were pleasantly surprised as we learned more about CloudEAgle's other capabilities such as provisioning employees, contract management, and its ability to generate spending reports by applications and vendors. The support team's helpful and timely responses were great as well. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any dislikes. Needed assistance pulling up a report that required customizing categories, and that was taken care of in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the company grows, it gets harder to keep good visibility on applications employees use and how many application licenses are used. This has been incredibly helpful in cutting down on costs by identifying unused licenses.

Service cost is little high but worthy because they provide amazing customer support.

It solves the problems related to reducing the cost of software procurement. And it helped us to find the software at less cost.

Cloud eagle is offering license, contract & vendor management modules where you can seamlessly manage everything from a single dashboard. All this at a price that fits right in your budget.

They gave us a full overview of all the applications the employees were using and the amount of time the acquired company had spent on their SaaS applications—all on a single dashboard.

They helped prevent the IT and Finance teams from wasting hundreds of hours going back and forth trying to determine the tech stack and budget.

The workflow and procurement process are not leading the industry.

It is giving our finance department an inside look into which applications we have and which of those we are utilizing.
One Stop solution for all your Software Spend
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it can integrate with multiple type of solutions such as Okta, Microsoft, G-Suite, Workday. It can collect the data from all these solutions and get the usage data from Software vendors to provide a dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
SO far whatever I have used, I don't see anything that I will dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the matrix organization as ours, it is difficult to see collective software Spend. CloudEagle doesn't just provide the collective spend but you can slice and dice the data by Cost Centers, Departments and Business Unit

The gist is that CloudEagle has a great platform that has app usage insights with full integration with QBO & Rippling

I don't think of any. From what I know, they are a lean startup and are pretty adaptable to what the customer wants at different scales/sizes/industries.
