I can communicate with my client through messages in real time
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can easily create a new line and add users as needed. Internal analytics and predefined reports are also useful and easy to use. This tool allows for internal analyzes and the predefined reports are also useful and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything is perfect since Wi-Fi is needed to call and work without problems. Outside ot this, this is a great tool to work with and is a huge benefit as stated above.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I have a problems, they are always there to help me. I am completely impressed and satisfied with the service and do not regret choosing Webex Calling at all. And the best thing is that it allows me to operate from anywhere and not be tied to my office.

What do you like best about the product?
High-quality calling makes sure the calls are crystal clear. Its seamless integration with outlook makes it easy to use and implement on any systems. Customer support is great and solves all the issues if any.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization can be improved. Also felt pricing could be bit lower so that smaller organisations can use it.

Webex has been very reliable for all the important calls at work, it is easy to use and does its job!
Enhanced VoIP service with worldwide connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling works on all my devices allowing me to remove any other external communication devices for taking calls. It has high quality audio that allows connecting with people around the world with no interruptions or network issues. Has added functionality like call forwarding and noise cancellation.
What do you dislike about the product?
International calling is priced higher than some other providers. More stability on lower bandwidth connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling has simplified our existing calling solution with a single cloud based platform and integrated billing by enabling us with a phone number linked to our business. It offers domestic as well as international calling facility via all my devices, allowing me to call various stakeholders in different regions seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
-It was really user-intuitive and can be used among a wide variety of devices varying from desktop, mobile, etc. It did not need any specific geographical location to function, thus letting us communicate efficiently and increase our productivity.
-It provided security and reliability as it secured our data with its protected cloud space. It was really seamless to use due to its collaboration flexibility and integration functionality.
-It improved our customer service significantly. At frequent times when an overwhelming number of customers called, its group call management helped us to cater to such a large mass. Moreover, we were able to create customized calling experiences for our personnel and implement them in our organization.

The initial setup phase of the platform is slightly time-consuming, apart from which, we did not face any sort of shortcomings in Webex Calling.

Webex Calling is an application that combined our calling, meeting, messaging, and contacting under one streamlined platform. After the pandemic, while we shifted our work to the hybrid mode Webex Calling proved to be an important asset for our organization helping us significantly communicate with internal as well as external people. Its geographical location made it accessible for us to communicate seamlessly globally, thus we had a great experience with Webex Calling.

What do you like best about the product?
As a technical support specialist, I handle cases related to the provisioning of new softphones or call extensions on a daily basis, and the process is simple and easy to understand. Connectivity to Active Directory servers makes it easy for me to create new servers and sign in users using Webex Control Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, intermittent connectivity issues are one of the downsides of using Webex Calling. The platform is usually reliable, however, there have been some cases where calls dropped slightly. This has sometimes caused irritation, especially during important conversations.

In my opinion, Webex Calling's consistent reliability is one of its most notable qualities. The platform always provides a reliable and seamless communication experience, whether it is a team meeting or a critical client call. I feel more confident going about my daily activities now that I know I can trust Webex Calling.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is quite reliable, but I think the call recording feature could be better. A more convenient tool for record maintenance and review purposes would be to streamline the process of capturing and accessing call recordings.

1. Easy communication- When we are required to conduct high-quality audio or video calls with no network issues, etc, Webex Calling is the perfect application to opt for. It helps us connect globally with anyone and have business calls.

What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from occasional glitches which is pretty common, there is nothing that we disliked about Webex Calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a great experience with Webex Calling due to its user-friendly interface, and seamless efforts to conduct our calls anywhere in the world in a smooth manner. We have had great connectivity and that too with no interruptions due to this platform. Its advanced collaboration tools like screen sharing, etc have made our teams and employees feel more engaged in our decision-making process. It is highly recommended for enterprises for reliable communication.
Desk phone? Whats that - Webex Calling
What do you like best about the product?
I have to say that Webex calling is a game changer, not having a desk phone any more is great and especially as most of the time we all work from home these days. As the admin, user and implementor of Webex calling, it was very easy to setup and roll out to our users and it has all the features you would expect from a phone system, ie. voice mail, basic call routing , hold and so on.

i cant say i have any probmels with Webex calling, its a great product and i would reccomend it

It solved our problem of Hybrid working, moving away from physical desk phones to laptop/mobile-based ISDN calling.
Great tool for collaboration and remote work
What do you like best about the product?
The App is well-designed and built, and being able to receive and make calls to your colleagues and your network contacts from anywhere while still using your company infrastructure is amazing. Also, the full cloud-based calling is a great option for those who are not willing to keep any piece of bare metal on-premisses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn´t much to say here, but a thing that there is some room for improvements in the App for Android platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a hybrid environment here, where our local PSTN gateways are on-premisses and all our Webex app clients are cloud-based, this integration is reliable and easy to set up.
The main problem that Webex Calling helped us to overcome was the need of VPN connection for everyone outside the office to have phone services working, many users are working with VDIs and most of them need to keep connected to the customer environment which was a problem since to have phone services they would disconnect from customer to connect locally to be able to receive or make a external call.

What do you like best about the product?
Combination of ease of implementation, use/setups and multiple integrations makes it best collaboration tool. Also effectiveness of accessing at any timezones is big economic advantages. Added security features makes us feel more comfortable while sharing vital information.
What do you dislike about the product?
This application is one of top I can't do without, so far no dislike I can confirm.

We are enabled to keep business LIVE around the clock through colleagues,bosses,partners and clients communication seamlessly without any call being skipped.
