Great tool for collaboration and remote work

What do you like best about the product?
The App is well-designed and built, and being able to receive and make calls to your colleagues and your network contacts from anywhere while still using your company infrastructure is amazing. Also, the full cloud-based calling is a great option for those who are not willing to keep any piece of bare metal on-premisses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn´t much to say here, but a thing that there is some room for improvements in the App for Android platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a hybrid environment here, where our local PSTN gateways are on-premisses and all our Webex app clients are cloud-based, this integration is reliable and easy to set up.
The main problem that Webex Calling helped us to overcome was the need of VPN connection for everyone outside the office to have phone services working, many users are working with VDIs and most of them need to keep connected to the customer environment which was a problem since to have phone services they would disconnect from customer to connect locally to be able to receive or make a external call.

What do you like best about the product?
Combination of ease of implementation, use/setups and multiple integrations makes it best collaboration tool. Also effectiveness of accessing at any timezones is big economic advantages. Added security features makes us feel more comfortable while sharing vital information.
What do you dislike about the product?
This application is one of top I can't do without, so far no dislike I can confirm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are enabled to keep business LIVE around the clock through colleagues,bosses,partners and clients communication seamlessly without any call being skipped.

Highly knowledgeable support team making quick assistance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since implementation I have not encountered any downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have real-time connection to colleagues,bosses,partners and clients on real-time through combined communication channels of voice, video, collaboration,SMSchat at surveys at right time regardless of once device or timezones.

I have enough evidence to say this tool is zero error according to my experience.

What do you like best about the product?
> Webex calling is the ultimate escape from desk jail. calls follow me seamlessly between laptop, desktop and mobile app, making me a remote work warrior. No more frantic desk dives - it's like having my office in my pocket. 😎

What do you dislike about the product?
the occasional call drop can be a bummer 😕. and the mobile app gets a bit sluggish sometimes, like sleepy sloth (especially on older devices).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
before webex calling, my workflow was a tangled mess, and getting anything done felt like climbing Mount doom. Webex calling swood in, slaying communication dragons and boosting my productivity to the stratosphere. Now, calls are effortless meetings are magic, and voicemail is just a relic of the past.

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to manage onine business calls, Webex Calling offers best features and is so capable
I like that we can schedule calls and that it offers quality calling features
It works well with other webbex solutions and is ideal for both personal and professional use.

It has reall served us well and I would say Webex Calling it is the best. No dislikes experienced yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling's ability to integrate with other collaborative tools is, in my view, its strongest feature. How nice that you can seamlessly switch from a video call or message thread to a voice call. More natural and efficient conversations are possible as a result of this consistency, which improves the communication experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the mobile app could use some work on its user interface. The desktop version is easy to use, however the mobile app needs some tweaks. It would be much more convenient to handle calls while on the go if the interface were simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to disjointed communication technologies, Webex Calling is the answer. It simplifies communication and eliminates the need to navigate between apps by combining chat, video, and audio conversations into one platform. Thanks to this, my workflow and responsiveness have been greatly enhanced, guaranteeing that I can maintain connections without any needless delays.

What do you like best about the product?
One reason I like using Webex Calling is that it is highly scalable. The software makes online calls a breeze and is a great VoIP solution for businesses. Everything from using to deployment is straightforward. With the software, we no longer require the PBX infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how webex calling provides us with a consolidated platform for all our collaboration, calling and messaging needs. The audio quality of this platform is top notch which enhances communication workflows. I like its mobile app which ensures flexibility in our overall meeting experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calls can drop occasionally for no apparent reasons especially during critical meetings. The quality of your calls can be impacted if you do not have a stable internet connection.
