What i like best about Webex Calling is that new features are added on a regular basis and customer support team is easy to obtain. I like how it easily integrates with other Webex applications which helps to communicate effectively and smoothly. Also, i like the fact that with any device i can make and receive calls with Webex Calling. I like its interface which is very nice, intuitive and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires strong internet connection to work smoothly since it operates on cloud. Overall, Webex Calling is the best and most secure platform i have ever used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how it is very easy and simple to learn and understand. Unlike other softwares, Webex Calling has a very friendly and intuitive user interface that makes it super easy to learn and understand. It provides excellent customer support service available 24/7.

Initial setup and configuration is straight-forward. There are multiple options for adding users, devices and workspaces. Additional features and enhancements have been added on a regular basis. Technical support is easy to obtain.

There is no way to backup an organizations configuration. Many configuration objects, such as users, devices, workspaces, auto attendants, call queues, hunt groups, etc. can be exported and imported using csv files but there is no

Webex Calling resolves the issue of having on-premise voice systems which require periodic maintenance and updates. It inherently supports remote workers.

It is simple to use, UI is user friendly & helps to communicate & improve the team work during WFH & Lock down days. Integration with other applications is very helpful.

sometimes there is connectivity issue which leads to call disconnectivity, poor audio & video which needs to be improved

The creation of an immediate call, where all stakeholders find their responses anytime they need is something that is robust and candid. More so, the allowance of the software to integrate with other features and programs increases the productivity and results. The comapny has made it straightforward to reach out any customer help.

There are resourceful structures from the software, and they all bring a satisfactory call option, that benefits companies and more so their subscribers.

The existing VoIP support from Webex Calling ensure there is no barrier in the process of engagement, and businesses have attained the right threshold that users require to coordinate the discussions they require. More so, the development of new technology from every corner is something that authentciates the entire communciations platform.

The speed that the deployment of this software takes is something that increases the decision making process efficiency. The other additional communications features from the software allows smooth use and collaboration. More so, the genuine deployment efficiency makes every stakeholder enjoy the productivity of the software.

There are accurate mechanisms that brings adequate enaggement in a company, and this results to practical use and simple integration for every subscriber. The collective assistance from the customer help desk is also a merit on its own.

The efficiency in making aggressive calls from the software is something that validates every discussion, and all the innovations are absolutely supported by this wonderful communications tool. The determination also increases the calls transmission, where nothing that changes any productivity that a comapny require in matters calls.

Few times (rarely) calls will get disconnected or sometimes shows only connecting even though end user answered
