Improving communication and solving problems with Webex Calling.
What do you like best about the product?
From the moment we started using this program in our company, we noticed an important change in our internal and external communication. What fascinates me most about Webex Calling is its ease of use and accessibility. No matter what device we are on, we always have the possibility of accessing the named features immediately and easily. Furthermore, one of the favorable properties of this platform is its so-called quality. It's like we're talking in person! The clarity of the audio is incredible, which allows us to communicate efficiently and without interruptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, I must mention that in some cases we have experienced minor technical problems, such as interference or denomination drops. Although such incidents are rare, they can still be frustrating at key moments in our own daily operations. Fortunately, Webex Calling Support Accessories has consistently been willing to help us troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, providing quick and efficient resolutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regarding problem resolution, Webex Calling was an immeasurable tool. Before using this platform, we used to have problems staying in touch with our own geographically dispersed groups. Because of Webex Calling's conferencing capabilities, we now have the ability to accommodate virtual meetings with ease and continue moving forward with projects no matter where our own helpers are.

in the past we used to use a old version of cisco call manager, now for us is really easy to get together all we need in one application, meets,webinars,messages and calling.

What I love most about Webex Calling is its intuitive and well-designed interface. From the first moment, I felt practical navigating the different functions and settings accessible. Additionally, the audio quality is outstanding, which has significantly improved my calls and virtual meetings. I can access the platform from my PC, tablet or mobile phone, which gives me the independence of working from anywhere and at any time. Additionally, seamless integration with other Cisco applications, such as Webex Teams, has further enhanced my engagement experience, allowing me to share files, chat, and collaborate on projects in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding what makes me angry, I have encountered certain possible technical problems. Although rare, you sometimes experience delays in streaming audio or video clips, which could be frustrating during an essential call. However, these problems have been resolved to a large extent thanks to the great Webex Calling technical support team, who provide quick responses and effective resolutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speaking of problems solved, Webex Calling was a lifesaver for me, especially during the pandemic. It was a primary instrument to stay connected with my work team, collaborating on projects, making relevant choices, and holding virtual meetings without inconvenience. Due to this platform, it managed to overcome the obstacles of physical distance, keeping us linked and productive.

One of the things that fascinates me most about Webex Calling is its ease of use. The interface is intuitive and friendly, which made the use and configuration process quite simple. I didn't have to deal with complex technical setups, because the supplier took care of the entire bonding process seamlessly. Another notable aspect of this program is the quality of the calls. The connections are clear, without interruptions or noise problems. This was essential for our own meetings, because it allowed us to communicate positively with our own consumers and suppliers without any complexity.

However, as with any program, there are also points that bothered me a little. Sometimes you experienced small delays in the delivery of denominations, which can be frustrating. Fortunately, such issues are rare and are not significantly affecting our overall experience with the program.

Webex Calling was also a huge help in solving problems in our company. Due to the call recording functionalities, we have the possibility to check past conversations and keep track of established agreements and commitments. In addition, the screen sharing function during calls allowed us to make presentations and demonstrations remotely, which has helped us close agreements and win new consumers.

Occasionally, problems with internet connection can interrupt calls and impact communication quality. Improving call recording and quality monitoring features would enhance capabilities, providing users with better insights and control over their communication experiences. This ensures clear and reliable voice calls for more productive interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling enables me to work with remote teams in implementing advertising campaigns, regardless of location. This leads to faster decision-making and execution of marketing strategies. The software makes online meetings, technical support, teamwork, and client communication easier. It's a complete communication solution. Due to time constraints, we couldn't have an in-person meeting. With Webex Calling, I held a virtual presentation, shared the report, discussed strategies, and answered questions in a timely manner. The outcome? A contented client and a flourishing presentation.

Webex Calling was already a really solid product, but with the AI advancements announced this week at WebexOne it is a game changer!

Sometimes it can be challenging to manage numbers from a cloud connected PSTN provider

There are several features to list but shared/multiline is at the top. The other features include voice queues, vitual line, CH management portal.

Support for number manipulation and voice transcription.

What do you like best about the product?
Setup is very easy, there are certain features that are very simple to configure and Cisco is always adding new ways to migrate users out of CUCM, this process has evolved a lot in the past year.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are parts of the product that still feel like are half-baked, but Cisco has been taking great steps towards fixing these issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer support needs to change. It is very annoying to go to Cisco TAC and have your case assigned to a first level of support where most of the time is only able to send canned emails for issues that you have already explained most of the time.
Great Sound Quality and Video Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
Webex is a user-friendly interface,accommodating a large number of users and offering session recording. Best advantage of this software is user can join sessions by phone. User can use it for audio calling as well. Video conferencing fature of this software make it incredibly versatile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex do have many advatnatges but it also have a draw back that is pricing comparing to other products available in the market like zoom are little cheaper than this.

We were using other softwares but we switched to webex for our company meetings and calls. it turned out to be a wise choice now were using it very frequentlly and it is a very advantage for every meeting and calling and all.

It would be extremely beneficial if the number of attendees was increased to facilitate calls with many attendees. Their customer support also has room for improvement to offer support whenever they are needed.

Webex calling is a remarkable platform that has proved to be a game changer in fostering communication and collaboration with our remote teams. Its cloud based calling system is reliable and facilities seamless productivity and communication.
