What do you like best about the product?
I give double thumbs up to the fact that Webex Calling centralize phone calling system for our B.supplies agency under one roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
To use it on my iOS, I am forced to integrate with Webex App, which is pretty simple anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamline business processes by assigning one number across many devices which makes it eqsy to make and receive business calls.

Only too much reliance on network availability, the performance is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Features hss given us enough space for collaboration in real-time with large groups and perfect connectivity with our customers at all times.

Instead of using a phone for hotline calls to us, it has been integrated in our Webex, makes monitoring easier

The only challenge is that Webex Calling is not supported in all countries and it does not have 'do not disturb' feature.

What i like best about Webex Calling is its usability, user friendliness and intuitiveness.
They have a great team you can talk to anytime you need help.

It's six years ever since I implemented Webex Calling in my previous Financial Services industry.
It has made cloud calling easy by assigning one number across multiple devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling is great I have been using this service for over 4 years and I would have to say that this is the best calling software that I have ever used. It's user-friendly and able to call anyone from anywhere at any time as long as you have an internet connection
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i could say about the calling is when you are using a Webex board and you want to join an MS Teams meeting from an external customer there is no icon. I wish there was one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
able to have multiple customers call in and be routed to the correct location by department or voice recognition this is a really great feature
