Exceptional platform for smarter communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization options for routing, voicemail etcetera which enable us to tailor this tool in line with our business needs. The call quality for both audio and video is outstanding thus ensuring that everything is clear and understood in all communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can shoot upwards the more your business scales upwards. More flexible prices would be helpful. Webex calling has high internet bandwidth requirements which may not be favourable in areas with low internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex calling is a robust and comprehensive platform than maximizes remote work and collaboration. It has enabled us to save time and resources since everything is operated from the cloud. Its phone system is intuitive and quite user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
The high quality of voice and video calls is one of the outstanding features of webex calling since it fosters clear communication. The mobile app enhances mobility enabling us to be flexible in our day to day operations. I also like how effortlessly it accomodates new users without compromising on quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional glitches during meetings like calls dropping instantly can be ironed out so as to give a seamless experience. Transitioning and adapting to this tool requires significant time and effort in training and onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has improved our productivity by streamlining our communication efforts through its centralized unified communication platform. It provides us with a single platform where we can effectively manage our video and voice calls and also messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative aspects of Webx Meetings are my favorite features. I like Webx meetings because of the high quality of the video and audio calls that can be made during them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge I had with WebEx Meetings was that their customer service is distinct from their mobile and web-based counterparts. When an issue arises, troubleshooting becomes more important. The mobile app has room for development in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEx meetings enable numerous meetings per day, but like other platforms, we must reserve conference rooms in advance. When the network is low, the forum and connection run well. I enjoy screen-sharing. We can effectively utilize the whiteboard.

What do you like best about the product?
The software has a customizable business interface from the beginning when you start using it, the messaging options are multiple and very customizable, the calls are of quality and can be made from any device either desktop or smartphone, you can create customized teams by departments, you only need the email and you can develop them. All calls have an impeccable security in fact they are always encrypted, the option to create cooperative rooms for meetings is very interested in fact the calls can be made in groups. You can schedule meetings integrating with Google Calendar, an option that I love because online meetings are very useful especially if the team is long distance, updates are regular and the Cisco team is always there to solve any problem related to their programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a conventional telephone application unlike other services such as Skype has few options the truth is very focused on work life, the interface customization options are very few, plans unlike other options can become very expensive, another detail of interest is that you always have to be connected to a data network or conventional internet, is if you have no connection or if your data plan is about to run out you can not use the service, unlike ordinary calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Webex Calling service is being very well received by our marketing and sales department as it allows managing calls with great precision, it has also been implemented for conducting workshops via telephone, as well as for meetings with customers or between company staff. The group messaging option allows us to create sections and disseminate messages and calls to promote our services as quickly as possible. In conclusion, we have decided to replace some VoIP options for Cisco services as we consider it is more intended for the working world and the quality of the product is unquestionable.

Sometimes the pc client might present some bugs. However usually resolved by patchs

Not having to buy physical servers and being able to pay monthly it is a great advantage for the solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent privacy when making calls, or writing messages, security first and foremost since you enter the platform and leave, no one can steal you data. HD video quality, very clear audio. Very interactive team building options when creating meetings for example for the IT Department we can assign a group and communicate with each other, the interface is quite businesslike, and you can modify the appearance to suit the user, the platform accepts multiple languages. Ease of use and ability to create meetings anywhere in the world from a personal Webex room, ability to share content with other users at the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex calling is a very useful tool to keep in touch with other users of the company at times when needed, but it is important to understand that the application is not economical, in turn many people nowadays prefer to use more conventional services such as instant messaging applications. Another problem is that sometimes the call or video is cut off if the connection is not stable, a problem that may not happen with conventional phones. It is an application that requires a good connection at all times to be used, so in place where there is no good signal it is no useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use for this application is diverse, but the main use is for corporate meetings we have a wide range of employees in the IT area for us is very easy to set up meetings to discuss issues arising from the company, also allows us to disseminate messages between groups to give announcements of interest, It is also a good tool for job interviews, in fact, it makes this much easier for us in the human resources area.

What do you like best about the product?
With Webex Calling you can make any call anywhere in the world, you only need a stable data connection. You can make from calls to group videos just by using the activation codes. The audio quality is excellent, and the video configuration is very clear, I would also like to point out that the interface is very corporate. You can maintain a stable connection between all employees of the organization, as a collaborative tool meets all the requirement. The phone application is a marvel, I can meet from anywhere and without restrictions. You can add contacts and create interactive teams by department to hold meetings, this benefits me a lot because I can always stay connected with my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup is slow and cumbersome, the program takes many times to open I'll stick with the phone application is simpler, there are internet providers with which it does not perform well, especially when I'm traveling to other countries and want to hold a meeting if the connection is not fast the application crashes. Some problems with call barring may time I want to block annoying calls, I hope they add better solutions in the update.

We always wanted to implement in the company an option of calls in the cloud since we are in the IT and Telecommunications department, so the meetings for companies are more comfortable using the application, since you can have hosted a lot of contacts organized by groups of importance. It is also a powerful tool for video calls, we are a team of 10 people who like to meet remotely because many times we are traveling, it is an excellent solution to connect only having a good internet connection.

This is not intended for the general user; you need to learn about it to fully utilize its potential for what you spent. It is difficult to navigate the features due to its complexity.

It enables remote meetings for enterprises or businesses, eliminating collaboration barriers with features that allow presenting solutions from a distance. We can use this video call to remotely instruct technical staff in the field.
