Best platform for meeting and collobrations.
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many camera features available and also the features of sharing documents are very usable. The user interface is very user-friendly. It is supported on multiple devices. Webx is an excellent tool for setup international calls. Also it is a very safe to use because of the end-to-end encryption provided by webx.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I find it very useful and convenient. But you need good internet to work smoothly. One thing that is missing in this tool is to group chat. There is no option to do a group chat in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, we have daily standup calls and sometimes we have a meeting with the organization where numbers of organization peoples are there so for that we are using webx. In that meeting sometimes we need to share our screen and share messages so we can do that in webx itself.
It facilitates communications reliably through the use of this technology.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Webex Calling for cloud calls, messaging, mobility and business-grade PBX, it is a tool that offers collaboration options with maximum security and simplicity. With features that are configurable by the administrator, it is a solution that improves communication and saves time in addition to improving teamwork capabilities by meeting the needs of the customer service team by providing call options, online monitoring, call queues. and integration with email which increases effectiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex Calling is a calling solution that guarantees a complete business experience with security and productivity, offers perfect features for every need, provides security, intuitive interface and options that work perfectly from start to finish and nothing bothers me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling is a telephony and messaging service in the cloud that brings innovation and an improved experience to customers with a VoIP phone system that keeps us connected from anywhere without missing an important call thanks to its powerful and complete calling functions, managing services and eliminating the overhead of a physical phone system. It is a great advantage to increase productivity and improve the experience
Smooth Experience
What do you like best about the product?
That it allows people to join in even from their phone by dialing the codes given in the invitation

At times it takes a while to launch on older models of laptops

Webex calling is an enterprise feature rich calling platform, but is affordable for all businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
One single HUB for ALL! 99% of administrator tasks can be performed from one single secure HUB. Setup, troubleshooting, and account tracking, it's all located in the Webex control hub. By utilizing one pane of glass, the operation is simplified. Adding users, changing information, and creating new Auto Attendants or hunt groups do not require multiple tools or multiple sign-ins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is a cloud-based management platform, the devices' status is not real-time. On-premise systems allow an administrator to see more activities in real-time, but with Webex, one must wait, or allow for time before some changes are seen and or reported. Such is life in the cloud!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex allows an MSP to service MANY clients with ease. The Webex Control HUB gives access to all customers with the confidence that all customer data is secure and separate. Managing multiple customer configurations is simplified, and it is easy to compare and change without the inconvenience of re-authentication or movement from one platform to another.
Very helpful for work
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that Webex calling rings all my devices at once. Webex is very straightforward to use. I never miss a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not the biggest fan of some of the smaller bugs. When I am on a conference call on my desk phone, I cannot pull it to my laptop because the Webex app will say phone services are disconnected. When I click the sign-in option, it works for a few seconds and then goes back to saying that phone services are disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex calling helps me never to miss a work call, and when I do miss one, I get a voicemail to email transcription. I love this feature as it is fantastic. The transcription is very useful, and accurate
Calling -- quick and effective
What do you like best about the product?
ability to call right from the desktop in the app I am using 95% of my time. Ability to transfer to cell phone or join other people with a click or 2
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calling doesn't connect all the time or it loses connectivity. Occasionally, once in a webex meeting and you end and get a call it doesn't connect

having to use or log into a desk phone or use my cell phone all the time
WebEx Calling has made deploying remote workers into a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with CUCM and how easy it is to get a user setup and deployed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of control over the WebEx app roll out and how simple things like the alert ringers has hit a bug in 2 versions (42.9 and 42.10). Frustrating our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEx Calling has allowed a daunting transition of deploying hardware to remote workers into just a few clicks to have them set up within a couple of minutes.
Webex is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is easy to use. The app has access to persistent chat messages with my team members. All of my calls, chats and voicemails are contained in one app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature is my least favorite part of the app.

Webex combines voice, chat and collaboration in a single easy to use application.
Webex Calling: The Industry's "Revolution"
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the clarity of sound on Webex Calling. We've used other web-based phone platforms in the past, and some of them can be pretty choppy and difficult to understand. With Webex, we always know that our calls will go through so we can communicate effectively with customers and clients. Additionally, the low monthly price point is fantastic for a business like ours that needs to stay within budget!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Webex Calling is the price. It's somewhat high when compared to other similar instruments. Also, there should be a help desk so that users can report any issues and receive prompt resolutions rather than having to switch apps entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can contact a coworker via Cisco Webex calling whenever I become stalled on a concept and require immediate feedback. You will have more free time as a result. You can also address a large group of coworkers with your concerns through the conference call feature.
Expandable cloud-based telephone service for businesses of all sizes
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the smooth switchover between audio and video calls when using Cisco Webex Calling. The top-notch camera is another excellent feature, as well as the fact that it can be quickly turned off with a knob - providing an extra level of security. Additionally, I find teleconferencing much more accessible now - connecting with multiple coworkers simultaneously is extremely handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Webex Calling compared to other tools of the same type is that it's a bit pricey. The need for a built-in help desk in the Cloud Control Hub comes from the fact that without one, users have to keep track of a separate system to report and get assistance with any potential issues, which delays resolving those issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem with Webex Calling is that it's not compatible with every single business. Some companies may still rely on older systems incompatible with the cloud-based VoIP service. In these instances, another solution will need to be used for communication purposes.
