Enterprise Grade Calling Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup. Multitude of deployment options to accommodate any customer needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features are not available compared to on-prem CUCM such as translation patterns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small scale customers need enterprise grade calling without deploying multiple on-premise servers. Webex Calling is infinitely easier to setup with them and works out of the box.

Control Hub is less confusing than CUCM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still getting used to/finding different settings

Nice to have everything in one spot with Control Hub

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is what most people like best about Webex Calling. It's just a click-and-go type of situation and people seem to love it around here. It has helped a number of users in our company. A large number of our user population using webex Go to be able to connect outside of the office!
What do you dislike about the product?
So people didnt quite grasp the new concept of webex calling and how it works since the new Webex Calling has ao many additional features and ways to connect. Our internal team were able to support and easily teach users how to utilize this new feature we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex calling didnt solve a problem that we had previously rather than helping us grow what we had in place. The scalability as we rolled out Webex across our organization made the project so easy for admin's and the helpdesk staff. Users can now have easy to use communication outside of the office.
The best cloud calling solution I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling has a great feature set but is also really easy to set up and manage. Everything is managed through Webex Control Hub, which makes provisioing very fast, troubleshooting easy, and RMACs very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks some of the finer levels of configuration that you would get with Unified Communications Manager but for overall majority of customers, this is not a problem. And Webex Dedicated instance is available if that level of configurability is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WXC is simple to manage, fast to deploy and easy to make changes. This reduces administration and management overheads and doesn't require highly specialised skill sets.
Webex - An Alternative to In-Person Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Webex is that it allows users to conduct online meetings and webinars efficiently. It is also helpful for sharing documents and presentations online
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Webex is that it can be challenging to figure out how to use all of its features. Additionally, the interface can be confusing and hard to navigate.

Many business problems can be solved using Webex. Some examples include:

Best app for meetings and calls
What do you like best about the product?
breakout sessions is the best feature I like about webex calling, Group calls , scheduled meetings , sync of schedules to the calendar irrespective of timezones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are paid and we can't mute all the participants except the organizer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduled meetings for my work , breakout sessions to discuss important things with limited people from the call or meeting.

Calling option is very best in WebEx with this we can use for business communication and planning for meeting

Some time call did not connect with low connectivity which is understood

What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing that WebEx calling has and other calling softwares doesn't is the breakout rooms that the session organizer can do,the attendees can go back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes WebEx calling doesn't correctly integrate with Microsoft Outlook, it creates a duplicate links for one meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The VPN and SSO feature in WebEx calling allows you to join a company meeting without logging in.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling really offers incredible features like the best end-to-end encrypted calling with full security. Multiple devices can access the platform with different operating systems. I really like the amazing audio quality over the call. We can also store the recordings in cloud space so later our other users can also get the benefits of recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
According to my personal experience, only there should be more options for voicemail. Or limitations for the internationally calling should increase more. All other features are best without negative points and issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are really enjoying the best call quality and other fabulous features like call waiting and 3-way calling. We all employees from different cities are really getting the benefits of this professional platform.
