What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Webex Calling is that it offers open voice integration. This makes it easy to get started with the service and enables users to connect using video-based social interaction. Additionally, the security architecture is based on end-to-end encryption, which provides a high level of protection for user data. Another great advantage is that the centralized control hub allows administrators to quickly identify and resolve any issues that users may be experiencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Webex Calling is that it's somewhat expensive. However, you can save significantly by bundling it with other Cisco services. Cost is my primary concern when it comes to this product. The system's administration is simple enough for anyone to use, regardless of their level of technical expertise, which is convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem with Webex Calling is that it doesn't have end-to-end encryption, which means that a third party could intercept your data. While this isn't likely, it's still a possibility. If you're concerned about security, you may want to look into another UCaaS provider that offers end-to-end encryption.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEx is a well organized application for calling and webinars.
Very secure for work related call and meeting with more number of people, webex can easily handle.
It's mobile application is great and can be joined using multiple devices.
Noise cancellation is a life saver in WFH scenario.

But on costly side, so good for big organizations or teaching institutions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are webex for teams calling and meeting purposes.
In organization it is also used for lectures/ teaching and training purposes.
Webex's scheduler is great and chrome extension is also very useful.

WebEx calling perfect for business
What do you like best about the product?
It has a separate panel for outlook environment to list the meetings that the user has even if it is accepted or not and it allows you to directly join the meeting from the panel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is that the video is sometimes blurry and sometimes the video is not even visible, may be an network issue or any glitch in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In other calling software we were having trouble in joining the meeting when we were connected to VPN, whereas in WebEx it has a feature to join the meeting directly without logging in when we are connected to company VPN.

I like Webex Calling to record calls to use later or share with others, all received voicemails can be accessed from one intuitive interface, it provides call history and I can even export it in CSV format, Webex Calling is integrating perfectly with Microsoft Teams to make calls directly from there, the audio is of high quality there are no dropouts in calls, integrates perfectly with Microsoft Teams to make calls directly from there.

I would like Webex Calling to provide a free version with many features and capabilities to try before you buy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling has crystal clear audio with advanced noise cancellation to eliminate all background voices; has a voice mail feature that allows you to send a voice message between members without disturbing them; it is web-based, so no additional system configuration is required, and it has an excellent ability to switch from an audio call to a video meeting in seconds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Webex Calling, the security system of this platform is up to par; is reliable, and Webex Calling works in conjunction with other Webex solutions. From a voice call, I can immediately switch to a video call.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to communicate. It is also very good for video conferencing. It is very useful for long meetings. We can also assignment co host. It makes collaborating with team members very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be improved. Integration can also be improved. Video lags sometimes during video calling so it can be improved. It does not provide noise cancellation .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for instant calling and organizing meetings. It provides great meeting experience. So the performance is better than other competitors. Overall its a great platform for communicating and collage sting with the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Best Cloud-based phone with zero latency and very effective. Has great features which benefit mostly organization like recordings the meetings call, Has features like voice mail and can pull the call history if needed.

Sometimes it got stuck during the call. Need to work on some more features.

Especially the latency when we make calls to people who are staying in different geographical regions.

Best Internet calling tool with good integration features
What do you like best about the product?
The Webex calling is best for its clarity; the noise cancellation feature is nice. It is not furnishing our details with the clients when we communicate with them through the internet. All our conversations with the clients through Webex calling are auto stored in the cloud for future reference. The duration of the call and its link for the replay are linked automatically in the Leadsquared customer's profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
It consumes more RAM than my previous calling tool Ameyo; I hope that is because of its voice rendering feature. The mobile version is not easy to use. The layout and the user interface of the mobile version need improvement. Sometimes, it logoff automatically during the calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Webex Calling to communicate with my clients without revealing my contact number or location. All the calls are stored automatically in the cloud premises for future references and to avoid any mistreatment. It is the best suit for the organizations based on customer relations like call centers, health care centers, support systems, insurance providers, etc. It has call merging, conference, call holding, and many features. The total talk-time of employees with their clients can take from the reports tab. We can create our virtual calling station with this Webex calling tool with a simple internet connection in mobiles, laptops, tablets, and desktops.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Webex Calling that I have noticed is its call recording feature. Another favorable feature is its integration with Webex Meetings and Microsoft Teams. I like the ability of switching from a voice call to a video call on Webex Meetings instantly. With Webex Calling, we were able to connect and collaborate on the cloud without installing any software. Webex Calling has provided us with an excellent and user-friendly interface for managing calls, initiating calls, seeing voicemails and seeing the call history. It is an easy-to-use software with a great set of tools to migrate your workspace to the cloud. It has helped us keep our mobile numbers secure and work with a professional company mobile number enhancing security and professionalism.

Though my experience with Webex Calling has been great so far, Webex can work on the following aspects to improve user satisfaction and retention:-
1) Webex can provide a free version of this platform with reduced features and capabilities so people can test this app before buying it.

3) The mobile application is not as intuitive as its desktop and web application.

Due to the pandemic, we were facing several communication barriers within our organization and an enhanced cloud communication tool was the need of the hour. Using Webex Calling for communication has been a great experience for me. It's an easy and amicable solution to stay connected from wherever you are as mobile app, dekstop app and a web application is provided for managing calls. The audio during the calls is of a high quality and standard and several features ike call recording, voice to video call etc has enhanced my experiene with this wonderful platform.

Webex Calling meets all the needs and requirements of my school. However, there's always a scope of improvement:-
1) Webex needs to work on its IOS application as there are various bugs in the app.
2) Webex's integration with other call logging services would be a great feature.
3) Lastly, Webex can improve on its audio quality and noise cancellation feature as the noise cancellation doesn't detect various background voices.

Webex Calling has helped us extensively in the functioning of my school during these tough COVID times. Due to the pandemic when we were forced to work remotely from our home, we were looking for an all-in-one solution to stay connected with my colleagues. Hence, we started using Webex Calling for enhanced high quality communication internal communications. Its favorable features like call recording, voicemail etc has enhanced my experience with this amazing tool. The pricing plans of Webex are flexible and are available at nominal costs. Overall, its an amazing tool for remote communication in this pandemic.
