Great Interface
What do you like best about the product?
1. Easy to use the interface and I like the dark theme
2. Using a mobile number as the caller Id is pretty useful
3. Audio clarity is great
4 . There are apps on multiple platforms
5. Messaging is fast and it is pretty seamless.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Faced call drops frequently, and there are a few bugs on the web interface
2. IOS app doesn't work pretty well, it needs some work
3. Screen share doesn't work all the time
4. It consumes a lot of resources and bandwidth when there are a lot of participants

Communicating with the team and others, and the ability to stay in the calls and text with others is seamless, Having applications on multiple platforms is good, it has easy to use user interface, which is very helpful
It is a lot better than zoom because it provides a lot of features which are very helpful and it makes your life easier. Webex offers Instant messaging, calls, and video conferences with security.

User-friendly calling app

The app has great quality in terms of audio and is very easy to use. Functionality is great and it is very user friendly, even for those who are less tech savvy.

Sometimes calls get dropped unfortunately, and it needs fairly good internet connection to function properly.

You can schedule calls with groups of people. It's very useful for scheduling and holding conference calls in a business setting.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing which Webex calling provide is Cloud Recording. It collaborates voice call, video confrencing, team collaboration, and messaging in one interface. It gives a very user-friendly application for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have many things to dislike, but the only problem is it does not run on low internet speed. The speed must be of high frequency for smooth usage. There is a limitation of 50 people in the free plan, and also there is no question and anwer feature in the free program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it primarily for office work like file sharing and audio and video conferencing with my colleagues. It provides an affordable plan which is best for small and medium-size companies.

Very easy to use and super clear

It's super easy to use and has emoticons to express your feelings without even uttering a word, that the best thing which I found on it, It has options to do selective chat.

I required a very high speed internet connectivity which is the thing which I find bit annoying.

To schedule any random calls without using the phone number or email id and the selective chatting is very very nice feature in this.
One of a kind video conferencing product
What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is full of features and have fulfilled every aspect of their commitments to a perfect video conferencing tool, it makes daily standups, client calls and everything in between a breeze with its powerful yet simple interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some annoying bugs some times, but nothing too bad. UI can also be improved in some of the places, other than this I haven't found any major problems with this product yet

WebEx Calling Review
What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling allows me to use my phone to attend and make calls rather than a laptop, which is a considerable benefit when I don't have access to the company laptop while out of the office to solve urgent issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web-based interface still lacks the utility offered by the desktop application and has scope for improvement. Also, the desktop application needs admin privileges to install, should have a portable version as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Webex to have weekly calls to streamline our deliverables. The ability to have multiple users available on call and come up with solutions is effortless, thanks to Webex calling.
Web-Ex Calling is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Web-Ex Calling is especially easy to use. It also integrates well with apps such as Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company had to stop using Web-Ex due to its cost.

We held our training courses as well as impromptu meetings using this app.

If the price were lower we might still be using this app at Synopsys.
