SUCCESSFUL MEETINGS WITH WEBEX CALLING.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is real-time online meeting software that works seamlessly by providing flexible tools for easy-to-start video, audio and web video conferencing, with push-button speed and end-to-end security, I love it because offers a visually pleasing interface and features to suit my daily needs. I love the collaboration capabilities that include just what I need, the wireless connection is excellent without obstacles or setbacks I like that it saves my time and money on the road, thanks to this software I can collaborate from anywhere on any device and communicate with my colleagues and Teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex Calling is a tool that I have used for a long time and it has not presented any failures in its system, it is a very complete software that offers excellent services which are available to its users, it has worked normally from beginning to end without presenting errors, so far I have no problem and I wish to continue providing an excellent quality service, a unique experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling helps me daily when I need to communicate with my colleagues who are in a different geographical location from mine, it is a software that has the power to get closer to my co-workers in a simple but very fast and safe way, it is a wonderful solution daily when I need to see faces, it offers me a quality service to communicate with my clients through screen and audio, providing an enriching experience. It helps me save time and money with my colleagues by allowing me to work on the go, collaborating and being productive in our projects. It helps me reduce mistakes and make my relationship with my colleagues pleasant without having to walk from one place to another.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Webex Calling to any work team that is considering its use I recommend it because it is a tool that is designed to work in an optimized way, an immediate solution to start and organize meetings from anywhere and on any device without limits or errors, just enough Push a button and you're already collaborating, it doesn't require tedious downloads or setup, it's fast, safe, and very easy to use, with a visually pleasing interface, free trial, and the power to take your business to the next level. I recommend it because it is the best way to stay connected with those we need.

What do you like best about the product?
I like WebEx calling due to its encrypted enterprise grade telephony which is much more convenient compared to the in house traditional PBX. It's cost effective plus it's gives fully featured voice telephony services on cloud.handful for effective team meeting and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sort of distortion is found during voice calls due to bandwidth issues..companies needs to concentrate more on the bandwidth allocation and assign proper Quality of services which could fix the voice glitches
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First things, it lowers the capital expenditure compared to in house PBX set up.. secondly it's flexible subscription plan are more attractive. It's help the team around to get connect irrespective of any devices they use and helps everyone to communicate and collaborate easily at one go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an effective enterprise grade secured tool for team collaboration so people should give a try to use it as it comes with free trail also

What do you like best about the product?
I like Webex Calling in its entirety because it is a fully functional tool that provides a communication service in real time, I love this software because it is flexible and intuitive as well as perfectly adapting to my needs, it is fast, safe and reliable. I like the quality of HD video and audio, it provides me with great features and the ease of connecting from anywhere and on any device allowing me to work productively on the go.

Webex Calling is an online meeting tool that works perfectly adapting to any need, it has given me positive results and for a long time I have used it without presenting any failure or errors in its service, I have no displeasure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling is a great help for me when I see faces sharing screen through HD audio and video without obstacles, it helps me to work remotely collaborating from start to finish, it is the best ally to communicate with my colleagues and employees from anywhere and any device in addition to helping me reduce risks, save time and money in travel and improve the relationship with my work team is the best option to collaborate and work productively with guaranteed success.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling is fairly easy using the Webex platform. There a few different ways to call others, whether that be in a conversation thread or the phone calling section. When calling others, video and volume both function well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When talking to someone over Webex, there are not many different screen, video layouts. Most of the time the webex window takes up a large portion of your desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy communication, connectivity is reliable and fast. Screen sharing is also very useful, along with the chat feature. Breakout rooms are also a nice functionality that Webex offers. There are also many job aids and tutorials on the internet to help explore the many capabilities of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been training over weekend around 4 hours each day using Webex software and it is amazing to see the stability and clarity of the audio and videos. Nice software to use for connecting people and training is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I do not have anything specific to share as negative.

Training programs and connecting was made easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is a business telephony service in the cloud, which through its wonderful services offers its users countless benefits, being of great help when collaborating online, it is a very complete service that offers flexible features that adapt to what we need, I like that it allows me to maintain my operations anywhere I am allowing me to work on the go without limits, its powerful cloud calling functions help me save my time and excessive work, this software makes me simpler and easy my job, I have a great love for Webex Calling.

Webex Calling is a cloud service that offers me excellent benefits and services on its platform, it is of great help and the best of all is that it works perfectly without failures or interruptions, the service it offers is of quality and I have no displeasure.

My favorite aspect of Webex Calling is that it helps me to have less overhead in addition to saving my time, it allows me to easily manage its services, I like the built-in security being a fundamental element for me, it is a system that generates confidence and also from that total success in my projects, I really like the benefits it offers me, its speed and that it is an application that is easy to configure.

Calling and Collaboration Made Easy with Webex Calling Tool

What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy a lot of product features. It's extremely beneficial to record meetings as minutes. The sharing screen function is also incredibly efficient and easy to use. Furthermore, Cisco Webex Calling solutions are quite successful when there are challenges. Detailed security protocols like access to credentials and public/private settings for conferences are maintained by the person in charge. The browser also allows you to access the meeting so you may participate without any download.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only probable negative I can think of is Cisco Webex Calling prices. It's fairly costly. The interface is sometimes confused. The Calling administration portal and WCH are updating continually, which can be beneficial or terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At all our organizations in our offices across many countries, our institution employs Cisco Webex Calling. For communications with staff across many countries, we utilize Cisco Webex Calling. Our cloud and premises have been blended and our calls reduced. In our firm it's quite helpful for us on one line as an internal telephone, interacting with various teams and departments and conferences with clients and the project team. Webex teams with UCM calling are the major technology for voicing and video communications in our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Webex Calling fulfills our needs. Besides its function as an all-in-one communication solution, it also offers responsive client support. In particular, in the current circumstances with COVID19, it would be acceptable for the office employees and teleworkers.

Best Solution For Cost Effective Communication

What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses it daily for internal conversations as well as client meetings. It has a good quality of calls in terms of video and audio. The UI is also very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I didn't find anything I disliked about it yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reduced our phone calls by mixing cloud and on-premises. It turned out to be one of the best solutions in our office.

Communication software with high-quality file sharing

What do you like best about the product?
The free plan offers a better duration (50min) than others in the sector. Cisco Webex has the price advantage that by providing better or same with other software it serves in the better price conditions. There is not a requirement to create an account to use the software, I think it is a great way to promote the attendance of the webinar we are arranging since the potential attendees will not give up because it does not require the account. For recording, there is no limit. Having toll call-in included with plans is great advetage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little bit complex. There would be great to see the connection situation of the participants. Some security concerns. A user-friendly system is highly needed as the members of our team challenge to use the software at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are giving our presentations to the students who are willing to study at various institutions of the EU. As a company, we share some files, information, and PDFs with the attendees. We have a meeting with them to discuss the difficulties appears as the problems.

The interface could be challenging. Try to get more information before purchasing

What do you like best about the product?
We like many features of the product. However, the best 2 of them are: Recording meetings as minutes is really good. Also, the sharing screen feature is successful and very easy to use. In addition, the solutions Cisco provides when you have problems are very successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we are very satisfied with the product in general, some situations force us. For example, the completion of search data sometimes challenges us. Apart from that, I think some improvements should be made in calendar integration in the mobile application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our institution uses Cisco Webex Calling in all its organizations in its offices in many countries. We use Cisco Webex Calling to communicate with our employees in many countries. Especially it works perfectly with external customers and partners who can use Webex with a simple link sent by us. With Webex, large and important meetings are also recorded and used as minutes.
