My thoughts on using Broadsoft
What do you like best about the product?
No training needed as the vendor has compiled tons of articles and documentation about Broadsoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Broadsoft do not meet my needs as it lacks A/V/W conferencing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Broadsoft ease file sharing.

Corporate Calls made Easy - Cisco WebEx Calling !!
What do you like best about the product?
Cisco has provided the best calling device where corporate calls are made much more easier by Cisco. It provides you no interruptions in calling, now you don't have to look for range or network anymore, just install and configure Cisco device and enjoy the uninterrupted calling. The best part of it is, it can be easily be switched from an audio call to Video call through its software.
It is easy to configure, very less infrastructure is required.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, no dislikes at all. It is the best device and service offered by Cisco to initiate communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, we work in offshore and onshore model to which we daily have a stand up meeting where Cisco calling is required due to which lot of unnecessary efforts are reduced and even travel cost is reduced.
Multiple calls can be done at a time which works very efficiently. Increases productivity of the team at the same time even client is happy and satisfied for the work being delivered.
Any documentation can be worked out together by having audio or video call through cisco.

Broadsoft has an extensive range of all the tools that ease team collaboration in our agency.

Broadsoft has got every tool for internal communications, but it's hard to configure some of them, mainly when new.

It provides helpful communication solutions and helps to implement good teamwork. This is best for like mid-size companies or larger enterprises. It can be very helpful when integrated with other company networks.

There are definitely some issues within the company. When there are issues its very difficult to get the help needed to fix them or if there is help it usually takes quite a while to get the necessary help.

I don't remember any specific issues with Broadsoft but there were times that this was extremely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that it provides Uninterrupted calling, now you don't want to look for any network anymore, you can have smooth conversation. Even it has best features with it's core functionality, it comes with zero downtime.

Honestly no such Issues with WebEx calling as far I have used it. It provides what it promises.

It is used daily, helps complete team to arrange a conference calls, any technical issues are solved and helps to improve productivity. It helps team who are working remotely and client can easily be in touch via calls and get updates time to time.
Multiple teams can be collaborated at real time which becomes very easy to complete or deliver the project in stipulated time.
Daily task management can be done on the calls and later can be tracked as well. Any important documentation can be build together by having WebEx calling.

What do you like best about the product?
BroadSoft makes teamwork easier while improving productivity and reducing costs. This company was acquired by Cisco Systems, the giant in the telecommunications market. This tool eliminated a large part of the conflicts and inefficiencies in many of our communications, and this proved beneficial for all our business lines. A relevant aspect of BroadSoft is that it allows us to see the status of other colleagues (or "Presence") through a user-friendly interface, saving time by avoiding unnecessary call transfers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Particularly, up to now I have not had any complaints about BroadSoft, but it should be noted in general terms that unified communications solutions hide a real complexity for their implementation and integration into the information system. They combine a technological solution and the cloud, therefore, the advice of an expert is essential for the implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to BroadSoft, we can hold conferences with our regional offices; just having internet access allows us to have practical meetings anywhere and make calls whenever the user needs without having to worry about time or consumption costs. Additionally, with this practical tool, we can share information simultaneously among multiple users and it even has the capability to interact with various fixed and mobile devices.

What do you like best about the product?
While the concept of unified communication does not refer to a single product, but rather to a solution formed by various components and elements, encompassed in a common user interface to optimize business processes. BroadSoft is a tool that provides excellent unified communication service, what I like most about this tool is that it facilitates access to company communications at all times and in all places, while offering us users the possibility to move freely within the facilities or outside of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
BroadSoft meets all my expectations, I am very satisfied with this incredible tool. If there were any negative point I should mention, I would only consider its cost, although it is somewhat high, I believe it is worth investing in it.

BroadSoft allows me to manage time more efficiently through faster interaction, thus improving the level of customer satisfaction. With this tool, I can send messaging whether it's instant messaging, email, voice and video messaging, and it also allows me to conduct conferences. Best of all, I can use it on the PC or from the mobile.

Best part is, you don't have to look for network or any other disturbances while calling. Cisco Calling provides you the uninterrupted calling.
Display name so that it can be easily identify the calling person in office. As VOIp is connected to LAN, its very easy to configure and setup it in office with very less infrastructure.

Daily we have a Agile stand up calls, video conference at work. All the task management is done over the call and later tracked, monitored the same via calls.
Increases productivity of the team and also helps in gaining more new business from the client as things works very smoothly.
