What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, integration with physical phones, conferencing features, queue management
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of features with call pickup groups, some intermittent audio issues

Unifies our team that is spread across the country; allows us to work collaboratively and interactively.

Very good telephone line for conferences

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is a complete product that offers many features such as screen sharing, scheduling and transcribing meetings, video conferencing, provides us with a phone line and is effective in facilitating most of the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only problem was that voice has too much delay in video conferencing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Totally satisfied with this service because it helps us a lot to schedule meetings, calls history, video conference, telephone line and is quite useful and efficient.

The important feature is breakout sessions. We can create a breakout session if we want to hold a conference and make a room only for some people at the meeting.

The solution could make it easier to share the files with the customer.

I have used Microsoft Team before. I prefer Microsoft settings because we can create and use Microsoft online. It's easier to share the files with the customer.

The initial setup is easy.

I rate the initial setup a ten out of ten, where one is difficult, and ten is easy.

What other advice do I have?

Overall, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

Webex Calling intuitive and easy-to-use communication tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love it every time I use it because its great for secure collaboration at work or at home. I like having meetings and calls to talk about business and new projects, and its also great for its customizable interface and multi-conferencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be excellent if the image quality could be improved a bit and the voice delay could be eliminated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex is being used for phone calls, making calls and general chatting. It is going very well and from anywhere we can maintain constant communication, which has been excelent.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex provides us with communication features, including an advanced telephone service for communication, and I like the fact that it can be managed from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is fine. But I would like to see improvements in the call panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to use it to reduce costs, save time on calls and communication and its easy to manage and its scalable and it gave us a good centralized environment and so far so good.

What is our primary use case?

We use the solution for everything. It is used by engineers. They use the tool for communication within the team and for video calls with the customers. It provides chat, instant calling, and messaging features. Everything is integrated into Webex.

How has it helped my organization?

Webex is used by Cisco worldwide. All the companies that have Cisco engines will have Webex. It is a common tool for easy communication.

What is most valuable?

Webex is a good solution. It is a handy tool. Sharing is easy. Contacting multiple users at a time is easy. It is quite useful. It is a strong product. The video conferencing quality is better than that of other solutions. Webex has the upper hand on everything because it runs on Cisco.

What needs improvement?

Webex is limited to Cisco. It is a good and a bad thing. It is okay for security reasons. We will get access to the product only if we are a Cisco user.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using the solution for eight years.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is a bit difficult. It is quite technical.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Some companies use Microsoft Teams.

What other advice do I have?

We are customers and partners. Overall, I rate the product a ten out of ten.

With 24.7.12.365 guaranteed support from highly knowledgeable customer support team,no drawback one can face.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This hub has empowered our collaboration through real-time communication within our organization as well as with outside collaborators. And most important our engagement with our clients has been greatly elevated.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like was the ease of use and that the experience is good and comfortable. I like the interface, it makes external and internal webinar calls and is used daily for meetings and phone calls, everything is good and excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since usuing it I havent had any problems. But my advice is that you have a good Internet connection for good use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex is well designed to provide a good experience and solve communication problems. It is used for calls, webinars and everything works very well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Webex Calling service. Because it offers remote teamwork capabilities, implementation was easy. I like that its cloud-based and that screen sharing is great and its messaging options are awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with Webex has been good and the support team solves all problems and clarifies doubts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex allows us to communicate with the team wherever we are, improves communication, changes our PBX system and improves decision making in our strategy, now everything is faster, fluid and productive.
