An Improved Chassis and Concierge Service
What do you like best about the product?
What is most remarkable about Spryker is not their thoughtful application of PHP to create a highly flexible and fully modular e-commerce platform-- even though the platform itself is fantastic, with rich B2B and D2C features out of the box. No, it's that after several experiences implementing a platform and having an underwhelming to awful implementation, the Spryker team becomes even more engaged and focused on your success after the sale.
If you are sizing up Gartner's magic quadrant while you consider your selection, recall that the platform shown to you is the fully mature realization of their capabilities. With all but Spryker, an integration partner will start the work and then find their contact at the platform slow to respond at best, wholly unresponsive at worst.
Spryker continues to be available, and they treat customers and partners with speed and sincerity. Add that to a robust platform, and you can't ask for much else.

What do you dislike about the product?
To date we have no issues with the platform implementation and we look forward to continuing to add more of the features moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are moving from a D2C-only platform with a host of issues to a feature-rich D2C platform and distributor platform. We are thrilled to offer our distributor network a clean, robust experience for sourcing.

Spryker offers a great platform with an amazing team to work with!
What do you like best about the product?
During the presentation phase, I was impressed by Spryker's OS architecture and how well documented everything was. From a technical standpoint, I could see exactly how data and integrations flowed. The crew we met and will ultimately get to work with is another big reason we chose Spryker. Communication is top-notch and a great group to work with. We always enjoy it when Spryker is on premise.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are in the very early stages of implementation and so far I have not seen any downsides or dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our MVP is to update our cart functionality, but ultimately have a better buying experience for all of our customers and accounts. Some benefits with Spryker are working directly with Spryker and not a consulting firm, the ability to update certain features without having to do everything, and their project management style being easily adaptable. They know what they are doing and do it well.

Great Commerce Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the modular character of the Spryker platform - We are using the platform to host our new website. This will enable us to grow as a company in the future without having to rethink the current setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SEO features are very limited and had to be programmed manually (canonicals for example). This should be standard for a market leader and I hope will be improved with the next version update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will be hosting our new website with Spryker and hope to improve usability as well as loading times etc.

Spryker not only provides the most essential functions out of the box, but is also highly adaptable to our own business processes.

So far I have nothing to complain about.

It is easy to implement custom features for our complex business case. Also, this technology scales well in our growing business. You can show personalized content, product lists, and products to your customers.

Upgradeability (at this moment) is hard, but Spryker is working on it.

We use Spryker as a customer interface for eCommerce and retail. With Spryker we give customers all eCommerce processes like product search, checkout, order processing all information he needs. We use it on all customer touchpoints like online, retail, phone, etc.
