Vocaldex is a modular solution to add a Lex-enabled Company Directory to existing Amazon Connect IVRs or Chat bot flows. Amazon Connect module can be added to practically any Amazon Connect contact center solution. Includes a separate UI to populate and update the directory contacts. Offers voice recognition and routing to internal Amazon Connect endpoints as well as external phone numbers for directory contacts. Offers chat bot recognition and routing to specific agents for directory contacts.
