Quick, Easy configuration.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not support Korean.
Call center application interworking support is weak.
(I wish, support like Genesys API)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3cx has almost feature for Enterprise's communication devices.

limitation feature on call center integration to other system such as custom report, call center feature, Microsoft team

revolution on traditional communication, cutting cost on new way of communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need UC try 3CX, it's value for money. I don't see other brand that have "easy to use" feature also for maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform independent system, can be fit into all scale of businesses, It has a very light OS, Flexible with other products and of course its user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
we need a by default customized reports tool, to create any report we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cost effective solution, unified solution we are translating all of our cisco and Avaya legacy systems to 3CX.

try for once and you will never regret.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful thing about 3cx is that it gives both the user and the administrator a lot of freedom and mobility.
3cx has many advantages, among them it can be highlighted that it is a very friendly application. It allows us to perform infinities of tasks at the same time. With 3cx the user is completely free to leave his office and stay connected to work through the application. It is ideal for teleworking and maintaining the same organization in the work teams as if it were in person. Also comment that with the 3cx CFD many applications can be implemented that are very useful for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
3CX is a very useful application, I have been using it for years and so far the impression it causes is constantly improving. From time to time it is updated with news that exceed the previous version or improve some integration module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3cx helps to solve the problem of the telephony of my giant company. With it, we were able to integrate the telephony of all the branches in a telephone switchboard and reduce costs in calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a solution to take into account when profound and quality changes are to be implemented within an organization.
3CX is the ideal solution for small, medium and large companies. As long as the server is well managed, it will give us the maximum of its benefits. I recommend it 100%, it is necessary for a good performance of the solution that the technical staff is constantly being trained and updated since 3cx implements improvements quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Windows platform support and a very realiable solution, pricing easy to understand and easy to deploy (software), no need to acquire bundled hardware.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some ongoing problems like push notifications and tech partners criteria, some tech partners we rely on, since 3CX does rely on, doesn't seem to have tech competence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technically 3CX is a bless, but commercial doesn't seem to beat up small mid-businesses companies and for larger ones, 3CX isn't a known player. The main benefit is so far being a really reliable solution and company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get familiar with devices/resources that come around 3CX as gateway ata, sip doorphone, ip phone and if you are willing to sell it, design a business model using 3CX as one of your resources.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many great features included in this product, such as one-click conferencing, lack of client installation, interoperability between VoIP and video as needed, and bandwidth management and control. In fact, this latest feature announced by the company is common today, but, as you will read below, it worked well. One of the best thing without a doubt is simplicity and ease of managing the telephone exchange, easy to install and deploy with Android and iOS apps. Everything is concentrated in the same place and is very intuitive to use, the user contact team can create service queues and better manage how each works. In this pandemic, 3CX was essential to maintain the functioning of the company's entire telephony infrastructure. Another important benefit of the system is the ability to support video conferencing with internal users without the need to use WAN bandwidth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things, I would say that they could do a little better with personalized reports and the browser plugin could be improved to better integrate with 3CX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can centralize our entire telephony structure, which was previously analogous to a modern IP infrastructure. Including the cost of maintaining legacy systems, 3CX solved and organized the entire VOIP environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, intuitive UI primarily. A clear indicative of a strong development, UX and testing team. A winning combo.
What do you dislike about the product?
In rare cases come more reporting feature would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified communications is generally not a simple topic and 3CX is perfect to de-myth communications and telephony / voip complexity. The IT and Comms market were separate for decades. it is clearly the leader an bringing the two industries closer and opening new business and revenue streams.

Take the trial, try the hosting version....sit back and enjoy the tool

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for both the users and administrators. Compatibility. No plugins required.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find a dislike. There is none.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have installed 3CX to 100+ customers ranging from very simple phone-only installs to huge call center installs with a thousand users. The system is very scalable and it's easy to only work with 3CX while not having a need for an alternative.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a solution that's within the 3CX functionality I firmly believe that you will not be disappointed. Give it a shot, there is a generous free version and a free trial version and don't hesitate to contact 3CX resellers to give you a hand.

What do you dislike about the product?
Using too many server resources, the need for services to be restarted after a certain period of time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our old structure, there were separate power plants in each of our locations. After we switched to voip structure with 3cx, we installed spare circuits next to our existing circuits and established a safe and healthy structure with a different VRF.

* Quick setup in a network connected to VRF.

* Meeting our reporting needs

* Person-based search authorizations

* No need for old rj11 cabling in our campus infrastructures.

* Easy guidance during off-hours

* Communication without disconnection thanks to IOS + Android + Windows applications
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend it because of its easy-to-manage and licensing model.

Licensing model: It is determined by the number of channels, not the number of DIDs.
