What do you like best about the product?
3CX is pretty much easy to use, both in the front end and in the admin end. Before, we tend to setup like for hours but now, we can get runing in just a few minutes. Not to mention their features... all of the are premium based and the cost? Very very minimal.
What do you dislike about the product?
3Cx pretty much have everything however, would be better if they develop more on their SMS capabilites. I mean they send and recieve SMS but the guide on how to make it work is kind of vague and generic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distribution of calls and easy integrations of existing gateways that we are using.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about 3CX is how simple to set up and use across multiple devices seamlessly allows you to take a call in your office or on the go without inconveniences or sacrificing audio quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Will improve how other contacts of your organization are displayed on the web app to simplify the process of searching for a coworker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of calling people out of my country in a simple and easy way without any quality compromise.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to install and you can connect with foreigners doest matter where are you, it also installable on windows and phone.

with 3cx only you can call, but can not text they should add features to text

What do you like best about the product?
The call quality and record of previous calls and timings is great. Also Manager can listen recording dusring or after calls also and easy to transfer a call to colleagues is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime 3cx network is down like it shows destination busy or not connected. But it fixes very fast also
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3cx provides another number to call customers so we don't have to ise our personal numbers and it is very professional. Senior can listen to our call recording is great feature so that they can give any feedback. The record of call time and duration is perfect.

It's very good as a solution to collaborate with colleagues and easy to use. It acts as a replacement for a physical phone on a mobile or PC.

I use 3CX at ECOLOR Technologies, and it's a game-changer for us. It helps us stay connected through voice and video calls, even when we're not in the office. What do you like best about the product?
Good call quality, features easy to use and manage. Possibility of use by browser. Lightweight and doesn't weigh down your computer's performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it conflicts with microsoft teams, commands like pull link sometimes don't work, I don't know if it could be something in the configuration, material on the site is a little confusing, could be better to facilitate the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service, the ease of being a digital center makes configuration and use easier.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about 3cx was it is pretty simple straight forward tool to connet with my client and customers. I can gave it an 8 points. Outbound and inbound call are pretty much easy to deal with using 3CX, it has easy option put the call on a brief hold. Also, it has a user friendly troubleshooting steps when it has an issue and most of all 3cx has good quality during conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
3cx has it downside only for tagging of each contact. It has no tagging option after every contact and you need to document every call that you receive from 3cx. However, it is understandable since it has link itself to our second tool which is Intercom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Switching from hard phone to soft phone system such as 3CX enables our team to improve productivity, communication and collaborative working. I barely experience issues with 3cx. It made my work load smooth, giving me chance to do the next outbound call that I need to perform. It has phone recording, which enable our teams to work more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The 3cx is very helpful for my agent and the company that needs it. This is a beneficial and friendly tool. One-click always to reach our agents. This is a management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually none. If there's a problem or dislike, it's minimal. Nothing serious about this. This is a good and friendly tools. Nothing to say because it's almost perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my agents. We solved the problem regarding attendance issues, meetings and coaching. Sometimes once I have a coaching 1on1 with my agent, this is good for coaching.
