A robust product with great support
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are very easy to navigate through once you know where you're going. The support teams are incredibly helpful and their training tools are well-implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit difficult at first to learn where everything in the portal is since there are so many options, but Druva does a great job on educating its customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva offers us peace of mind when backing up our data, as we do not need to perform manual backups.

Druva has been very easy to use and it works exactly like it is supposed to work.
What do you like best about the product?
Druva gives us the ability to not only run our various backups however we need to, but it was very easy to implement and is very easy to maintain. Even on the few instances where we do have an issue, Druva support is quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable .
What do you dislike about the product?
The only bad thing I can say about Druva is that it has so much useful functionality, that the website can be a bit difficult to navigate for a new user, but it only takes a few minutes to get used to it and get rolling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our previous backup solution, we were having constant issues maintaining the connection to the cloud based backup sites, and it was very difficult to access the backups when we needed to restore something. Druva has been much more reliable and the simplicity of restoring data is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your organization's requirements and level of technical expertise, you may find Druva's interface or configuration process to be somewhat complex. Simplifying the user experience and providing more intuitive tools for setup and management could enhance the product.

Druva is ensuring all of our data is readily backed up and accessible.
Easy to use, just works
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and seems to just work. You don't need to spend an absurb amount of time configuring it or setting it up, and even so, it's not very confusing.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do have some latency with large data sets and changes, and it's cloud based...so if you don't like that, it's a con.

Helps us backup information for our users, and give it a spot outside of our firm in case of emergency

What do you like best about the product?
A product which is easy to implement, rich of most needed features. Fast integration with current setup.

Customer support needs upgrade, to help customer in effecient manner.

It help in speedy recovery of user data, incase of hardware failure, which in past incurrer heavy recovery cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, single management backup for AWS as well as On-Prom

One thing Druva does not have is an agent to backup Active Directory

Perfect Cloud Solution for 365
What do you like best about the product?
We use druva for 365 and protection on our clients due to its versatility with gov cloud with gcc high and overall. This has been such an ease to setup and restore from that I would reccomend it to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think alerts have been an issue with with telling what client is getting the error. This is rare, and we have not had many errors but when it does arrive it can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for our client that are in need of backups ASAP, this makes it very easy and quick to deploy and get a customer protected ASAP. We have had clients saved by this.

Druva is good product for EndPoint
What do you like best about the product?
Druva engagement is very smooth, and the SE/Technical team is very knowledgeable from POC to production deployment. The support team is great and very responsive. Over all I will give 8/10 rating
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more features can be provided. Such as customizable report/UI/or deployment method. We have couple of corner cases that take a little longer to solve. The GA production version usually has bug when they release it, so I usually take some time before deploying to production.

What do you like best about the product?
The backup suite gives you many options to be the single vendor for backups. Endpoints, 365, hybrid and native workloads are all possible to be backed up with this tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have more detailed reporting on backup summaries for each user. Looking for an easy way to break down the amount of data being backed up per user in endpoint data and Office 365 not just a total data set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform gives us the ability to check off the Disaster Recovery needs from an Office 365 environment as well as user data profiles. It functions as a self-service center for personal restores helping to cut down on unnecessary service desk tickets.
