Tackle Simplifies Cloud Marketplaces with an Intuitive, Unified Platform

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about the Tackle Cloud GTM Platform is how it simplifies and unifies the complexity of selling across cloud marketplaces. It’s not just a tool—it’s a strategic enabler for our business.

One of the biggest game-changers has been the intuitive UI that works seamlessly across multiple hyperscalers. My teams no longer have to wrestle with the backend systems of AWS or Azure. Instead of learning multiple platforms to build listings, share offers, or track payments and contract statuses, they can operate within one unified experience. That alone saves us time, training overhead, and frustration—and it lets us scale faster across marketplaces without increasing operational complexity.

We use this platform every day for co-sell, offer management, and reporting, which speaks to how central it is to our cloud GTM operations.

On top of that, Tackle’s insights and data are incredibly valuable. Knowing which customers prefer which cloud marketplace is a huge advantage for our sales and GTM teams. Instead of casting a wide net, we can focus our efforts on high-propensity-to-buy customers and guide them through purchasing via their preferred marketplace, whether that’s AWS or Azure. That level of targeting has helped us increase close rates and better align with how our customers want to buy.

And I can’t say enough about the Tackle Coaches and Support team. The Coaches provide proactive guidance and best practices that help us avoid issues before they even arise. When problems do pop up, the Support team is incredibly responsive—we often get answers in minutes, not days. That kind of partnership and expertise has been essential to our success.

Tackle makes cloud marketplaces work for us—not the other way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where I see real opportunity for improvement is support for non-SaaS offerings like Professional Services across all cloud marketplaces. These services are a critical part of how we deliver value—whether through onboarding, implementation, or long-term consulting—and they represent meaningful revenue that we want to transact through the marketplaces.

Today, because Tackle doesn’t fully support Professional Services, I’m forced to use multiple systems to manage what should be a unified process. I have to go outside of Tackle to create listings, build and send offers, and access disbursement or payment reports. This creates unnecessary friction and breaks the otherwise seamless workflow Tackle enables for our SaaS products.

Given how easy and well-designed everything Tackle does is, I’m confident that if they turned on support for non-SaaS offerings, implementation and ongoing use would be just as straightforward. Bringing Professional Services into the core Tackle experience would significantly enhance their value proposition. It would allow my team to operate entirely within the Tackle UI for all cloud marketplace activity—SaaS and non-SaaS—eliminating context-switching and manual work. That level of integration would make Tackle a true end-to-end platform for how we go to market through cloud marketplaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tackle Cloud GTM Platform solves the complexity and fragmentation of selling software through multiple cloud marketplaces. Before Tackle, managing listings, offers, contracts, and payments across AWS, Azure, and other hyperscalers meant juggling different portals and processes, which was time-consuming, error-prone, and hard to scale.

Tackle unifies all these activities into a single, intuitive platform that my teams use every day for co-sell, offer management, and reporting. This drastically reduces operational overhead, eliminates manual errors, and accelerates our ability to launch and optimize marketplace listings.

Beyond just unification, Tackle also fills the gaps that cloud marketplaces haven’t addressed yet. For example, the platform provides better communication and visibility into customer interactions—we can see when a customer has opened, viewed, or accepted an offer, which significantly improves the buying experience and lets us respond faster. This kind of insight isn’t typically available directly from the marketplaces themselves.

Moreover, Tackle brings consistent features and capabilities across all marketplaces, so we don’t have to deal with the inconsistencies and limitations of each provider’s portal. This harmonization helps our teams operate more efficiently and deliver a consistent experience to customers regardless of their preferred marketplace.

Finally, Tackle’s data-driven insights help us identify which customers prefer which marketplaces, enabling us to focus our efforts on high-propensity buyers and tailor our GTM strategies accordingly. This targeted approach has improved our close rates and strengthened alignment with customer buying preferences.

Overall, Tackle empowers us to operate efficiently at scale while providing the visibility, control, and enhanced communication needed to maximize the value of cloud marketplaces as a strategic revenue channel.

The Cloud GTM Partner we needed!

What do you like best about the product?
We use the Tackle platform everyday to simplify all areas of our cloud GTM actions. With a small global team we have been able to scale our co-sell and marketplace initiatives far beyond our in house capabilities. The speed and ease of integrating the platform allowed us to see a very quick return on investment. Once in place implementing the processes across our teams were easier and faster than we have seen with our own processes.

Ease of Use: The platform provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface that simplifies the entire process of listing and managing products on cloud marketplaces. From creating private offers to tracking transactions, the dashboard makes complex tasks feel manageable.

Speed to Market: Tackle's streamlined workflow and deep integration with cloud providers allow us to get our products listed and transact quickly. What would have taken months to figure out on our own was accomplished in a matter of weeks with their guidance.

Expert Support: The team at Tackle.io is a major asset. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success. Their expertise in cloud marketplace strategies and best practices has been invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more detailed reporting but I am aware that Tackle is already working on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tackle has streamlined our co-sell and marketplace offer creation processes significantly. We have taken processes that would take 20 minutes down to under 5 minutes, saving significant administrative time. This has allowed us to focus on gaining value from our co-sell partnership with AWS versus clicking buttons and updating the ACE platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Tackle has made it simple for us to set up and manage our cloud marketplace listings, and the platform gives us clear visibility into the data we need. It’s easy to use, fast to implement and does exactly what we hoped in integrating our sales platform into it. But the real standout is the Tackle team—their knowledge, support, and advice are second to none. They don’t just provide a tool, they act as a true partner in helping us succeed on the marketplaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It keeps getting better and is already the best out there in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling to get our tools listed on the cloud marketplaces, but Tackle made the process incredibly easy. Their guidance and platform gave us a clear path to follow, and we were able to get everything set up and live in just six weeks!! We are already seeing huge benefits and I know of many others in Partnerships roles that just can't get this started.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a 3 time Tackle customer and have recommended them to numerous peers. Their solution helps each of our teams more easily manage our Cloud marketplace requirements. APIs to reduce technical debt, a single view for finance, as well as ease of creating and tracking private offers - for both Ops and Sales. The training they offer on marketplaces and how to educate your sellers to include marketplace in their talk track is also invaluable for organizations just getting started. The value proposition of Tackle applies to companies of any size.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tackle is constantly updating their platform to stay in sync with new features from each of the marketplaces. This constant iteration can sometimes cause documentation to be out of date. It isn't often a problem and usually is quickly resolved by a call with support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tackle eliminates the tech debt associated with marketplace listings which is a significant help as a start-up needing to keep our engineers focused on our core product. It also helps finance more easily track orders and payments across multiple marketplaces.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Tackle user, I love the UI and ease of use as compared to other 3PIs and the clouds. The best part however is the team at Tackle. They have been so quick to respond to my variety of questions and I always leave our meetings feeling equipped.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I think it's really great overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Tackle for P2B scoring, private offer creation, listing management, payment tracking. All of which is highly beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
Tackle provides an end to end platform to support Cloud GTM from co-sell, offers to propensity data along with co-sell managed service. Tackle truly focuses on helping ISVs driving revenue through the cloud marketplaces and not just a listing manager. Any ISVs that look to scale can rely on Tackle to support

Tackle has enabled easy sharing with AWS

What do you like best about the product?
Without any need for spreadsheets, we're able to create a co-sell on Opportunties via the Oportunity list in Salesforce, hundreds of deals at a time. And that co-sell record shares the deal with AWS. AWS are amazed how on top of our co-sell deals we are. And best of all Tackle is the same platform we use to list on Amazon marketplace. We like the Propesity scores that indicate the propensity to buy via AWS which guides us to focus on the highest likelihood deals. It's easy to use and easy to implement. Tackle support are incredible, very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it's the AWS ACE platform and it's immarturity that cause minor headaches. But the intermediary Tackle connector protects us from much of ACE's idiosyncrasies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves sharing of deals and synchrnising status and next steps of deals with AWS

What do you like best about the product?
The Tackle platform makes it easy for us to transact with multiple cloud providers via one platform. And once an offer is made to a partner (via CPPO) or to a customer (via PO), we receive updates on each step taken. It makes it seamless for every member of our team to know where we are in the transaction process. The Customer Support is also incredibly responsive and helpful. Finally, integrating and implementing Tackle was a breeze and saved our engineering staff tons of time and cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Tackle Team is great about staying on top of the new features that get added by the hyperscalers and quickly enables their platform to offer that feature to its users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing Marketplace offers to partners and customers, understanding propensity to buy for our customers, integrating with our salesforce for registering opportunities, showing propensity to buy and creating offers, creating pipeline, providing insights on our deals, making our lives easier when it comes to transacting deals via the marketplace.

What do you like best about the product?
Tackle provides a CSP independent platform that enables organizations to take the guesswork and learning out of AWS/Google/ and MSFT MP listing processes which are complex and different for each company. Tackle delivers an impactful, easy to use implementation plan which helps everyday users become familiar with the platform quickly. Tackle's console is easy to integrate and provides intuitive MP deal lifecycle management in an audit friendly format that is easy to "plug in" across ops, sales, finance and alliance teams for immediate use.

Their Customer Support is world class !
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing at all, customers could benefit from more right sized service pack offerings to provide speicif support for tackle initiatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding to AWS and Google Marketplaces, ensuring the MP offers are set up properly for customers, partners and for the organizations finance and operations teams to process volume orders. Tackle is also helping the organization automate CRM processes which reduce daily admin by the teams up to 30%.
