Way too expensive for SMB
Not all companies have 100 users. I think for the costs that the app occur to Mobile Connect, there needs to be an option for up to 1 to 10 users.
It's a shame as I spent so much time messing about helping with the sound issues for the developer, giving feedback.
$50 a month is just not feasable as it's only 1 instance.

Keeps logging out
I've been using mobile connect 4 weeks now. I can't rely on it because it logs me out every short while. I'm constantly logging into the app to ensure I'm logged in. I use it mostly to answer I coming live chats. Also, the notificatio. For an incoming live chat is a simple beep which I don't always hear. In the past I used zoho and it would ring non stop ,like a phone call, until an agent answered. I don't see any option for customizing these notification. So far I missed 90% of the incoming chats either because it signed me out or because I didn't hear the notification
