Klaviyo is the autonomous B2C CRM. We bring real-time customer data, intelligence, and agents together so brands can power more valuable customer experiences.
Most brands are stitching together separate tools for data, messaging, analytics, and service. Data sits in silos. Teams move slowly. Personalization stays shallow. Klaviyo eliminates that by running everything on a single unified profile, so teams move fast without developer dependency or operational overhead.
At the core is a real-time, lifetime view of every customer, every interaction, purchase, and preference in one place, fed by 350+ native app integrations. Every message adapts to the individual, with content, timing, channel, and offer determined automatically across email, SMS/RCS, mobile push, WhatsApp, onsite personalization, ads, and service conversations.
Klaviyo's agents act on those decisions at scale. Marketing Agent plans and runs campaigns, flows, and content automatically. Customer Agent answers questions, recommends products, and escalates with full customer context. Even small teams can operate with big-brand sophistication.
Klaviyo Data Platform connects to Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, Amazon S3, and Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics, closing the loop between data science and marketing activation without reverse-ETL tools or custom pipelines.
Brands using Klaviyo see an average 75x ROI. Customers report results like 15x ROI on SMS, 46x ROI on omnichannel programs, and 40% lower total cost of ownership after consolidating onto Klaviyo.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing bills through an annual contract for the Enterprise Platform. You buy access via a Private Offer, so your price reflects your contact volume, the channels you use, and the feature set you select. This means the two dimensions work together: one sets your committed annual entitlement, and the other handles overages. If your usage exceeds what you committed to, those excess units are charged monthly-in-arrears the month after they occur. Pricing scales with how many contacts you reach and which capabilities you enable.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What determines the price of the Enterprise Platform subscription?
Three factors set your price: your contact volume, the channels you use, and the feature set you select. Contact volume counts the customer profiles you reach across email, mobile messages, and other channels. Adding channels or capabilities increases the price. Your final rate comes through a Private Offer built around these choices.
What happens if my usage exceeds my committed entitlement?
Any usage beyond your committed annual entitlement is billed as overage. These excess units are charged monthly-in-arrears, meaning you pay for them the month after the excess usage occurs. Your committed entitlement stays fixed for the annual term, and overages are billed separately on top of it.
How do the two pricing dimensions combine on my invoice?
The Enterprise Platform dimension covers your committed annual entitlement, billed upfront for the term. The overage dimension covers usage past that entitlement, billed monthly-in-arrears. Both can appear together: your base subscription plus any excess usage charges. If you stay within your entitlement, you incur no overage charges.

Easy-to-Use Email and SMS Marketing, Though Forms Need Freshening

What do you like best about the product?
I find Klaviyo much easier to use and navigate, and the options are self-explanatory. It makes it easier for me to manage email and SMS automations and broadcast campaigns for my clients’ subscribers. I like being able to segment audiences for campaigns, connect many different apps, and see the performance of email campaigns, flows, and sign-up forms. Setup used to be a bit technical, but now it’s pretty much one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Klaviyo could bring more innovations to sign-up forms because the pre-built templates are very basic and generic. Some of the articles are still according to the old Klaviyo. The initial setup used to be a bit technical, but now it’s pretty much one click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klaviyo makes it much easier for me to manage email and SMS automations and broadcast campaigns for my clients’ subscribers.

Flexible Email Templates, Seamless BigCommerce Integration, and Helpful Support

What do you like best about the product?
The email template editor is very flexible and allows you to do pretty much everything. The integration with BigCommerce is seamless; we frequently use both dynamic and static product blocks, and we barely encounter any issues.
I am also very satisfied with the pre-set flow templates and the overall functionality of the flows.
I particularly appreciate the AI feature that enables you to create segments and flows simply by describing what you need.
The support team is always very helpful and provides quick solutions to any issues without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a bit high. Plus, suppressing profiles proves a bit difficult sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage my subscriber list more effectively and cater to the interests of my target audience. Additionally, it is useful for designing user-friendly emails and flows while maintaining our branding.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Klaviyo helps us track customer behavior, which is quite useful. The customizable SMS, chat, and emails are great for our marketing needs. I also like the automatic email and SMS triggers based on customer behavior, which makes our marketing strategies more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Klaviyo could really benefit from better analytics for customer metrics. The platform isn't the easiest to navigate, and it could definitely be more visually appealing. Setting it up wasn't exactly quick and easy, but after that, it's been great to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klaviyo offers customizable SMS, chat, and email, helping us track customer behavior and set triggers based on that behavior.

Klaviyo helped us simplify reactivation without losing personalization

What do you like best about the product?
Segments and Flows are where Klaviyo becomes genuinely useful for content work, because we can stop treating every customer as if they’re all at the same stage. We break audiences out into inactive customers, repeat buyers, people who viewed specific categories, and users with different purchase histories, and then tailor the copy, product selection, and CTA to match those differences. Multi-branch flows make this much easier to manage when language, region, or behavior changes what the message should be, since we don’t have to build a long chain of binary splits just to land on the right version. Product Feeds, sign-up forms, and the campaign editor also help keep creative connected to real customer data, rather than producing content in isolation. Social Marketing has been especially helpful because it lets us bring UGC and social content into email, SMS, and flows without having to recreate the same idea from scratch for every channel. Design can build the core asset once, and then content can adapt the message around it, instead of requesting three slightly different versions at the last minute.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest trap is over-personalization. Just because the data exists doesn’t mean every email needs five conditions, three dynamic product blocks, and completely different copy for every micro-segment. We tried going that far, and the editorial review process became painful very quickly. It was harder to catch inconsistencies, harder to approve the message with confidence, and easier for one branch to drift away from the core campaign idea. Now we only personalize deeply when it truly changes the intent, the value, or what the person needs to hear next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We ran a reactivation campaign that, at first, sent virtually the same content to our entire inactive base. That meant we were mixing customers who had purchased just a few months earlier with people who hadn’t interacted for more than a year. Using Klaviyo Segments, I separated those groups based on recent activity, purchase history, and browsing behavior. From there, we rebuilt the program as a Flow instead of continuing to manage separate submissions. For the most recent segment, we leaned on editorial content and news. For colder contacts, we adjusted the message, CTA, and proposal so they had a clearer reason to come back. We also added Product Feeds tied to the categories they had previously viewed or purchased. Our first version of the flow ended up being too complex because we added several conditional splits for history, category, and engagement level, and reviewing every path before publishing was taking too long. I simplified it by using a multi-branch split and keeping only the differences that truly changed the content. We also used Personalized Send Time so we didn’t have to manually schedule each segment. The biggest workflow improvement was moving from preparing several nearly duplicate campaigns to maintaining a single journey with clear rules. That reduced repetitive work, made content review easier before publishing, and helped us better understand which message fit each type of customer. In our case, Klaviyo stopped being just the tool we used to send emails and became the place where we organized the full reactivation logic.
