You pay by the hour for this pre-built LEMP stack on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. Pricing is not tiered by feature. Instead, each dimension maps to one AWS EC2 instance type. Your hourly rate depends on the instance you choose. The listing covers a wide range of instance families, from small burstable types to large memory-, compute-, and GPU-focused machines and bare-metal options. Larger instances with more CPU, memory, or specialized hardware carry higher hourly rates. You select the instance that fits your workload and pay only for the hours you run it.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What do I actually get for the hourly rate on each instance dimension?
Each dimension maps to one AWS EC2 instance type running the pre-built LEMP stack on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. Your hourly charge covers the software image for that specific instance. You still pay AWS separately for the underlying compute, storage, and network resources of the instance you launch.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or powered off?
The software charge meters running instance-hours. When you stop or power off the instance, the hourly software charge stops accruing. You may still pay AWS for attached storage while the instance is stopped, but the LEMP stack license bills only for hours the instance runs.
Why does my hourly rate change if I switch to a different instance type?
Pricing is not tiered by software features. Each dimension is tied to one EC2 instance type, so your rate reflects the instance you pick. Instances with more CPU, memory, or specialized hardware carry higher hourly rates. Switching instance types changes both the AWS compute cost and the software rate for that dimension.
