    Dimensions summary

You pay by the hour for this hardened Amazon Linux 2023 ARM64 image, billed per running EC2 instance. There is no upfront commitment or fixed term. Pricing scales with the ARM64 (Graviton) instance type you choose. The listing covers many instance families: general purpose (m-series), compute-optimized (c-series), memory-optimized (r- and x-series), burstable (t4g), storage-optimized (i-series), high-performance computing (hpc7g), and graphics (g5g). Larger instance sizes carry higher hourly rates. Metal variants run on dedicated hardware. Your software cost adds to standard AWS EC2 infrastructure charges for each instance.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

You get the hardened Amazon Linux 2023 ARM64 image running on the ARM64 (Graviton) EC2 instance type you select. Each instance size maps to fixed CPU, memory, and storage. Larger sizes carry higher hourly software rates. The image ships with current updates applied for security and performance.
The software charge meters running instance-hours only. A stopped or paused instance does not accrue software charges. You may still pay standard AWS storage fees for the attached volumes while the instance is stopped. Charges resume once the instance runs again.
Two charges apply per running instance-hour and add together. One is the software cost for this hardened image. The other is the standard AWS EC2 infrastructure cost for the instance type. Both scale with the size you pick and appear on the same AWS invoice.
