The hourly software charge accrues only while the instance runs. A fully stopped instance stops accruing software charges. Stopped instances may still incur AWS storage fees for attached volumes, but the image licence meters running hours only. Restarting the instance resumes the hourly charge.

The use case for Docker on Amazon 2023 is when you have an application and need to containerize it. You can create a Dockerfile, which is a file with instructions about what you need for your container. If you need a specific operating system to run your application, in the Dockerfile you can put the operating system that you can use in your container.
Principally, we are running microservices with Java, using the Spring Boot framework with Docker on Amazon 2023.

In my opinion, one of the best features with Docker on Amazon 2023 is that it's easy for transport; you can use your application on other operating systems. If you always have the container runtime, you can use your application at all times on each computer.
By each computer, this means on each operating system.

They could incorporate AI for researching vulnerabilities and for the resolution of the vulnerabilities.
