Discontinuation of NICE EnginFrame effective September 25th, 2025

After careful consideration, we have made the decision to discontinue NICE EnginFrame, including NICE EnginFrame Views, effective September 25, 2025. If you’re an active user of NICE EnginFrame, you will be able to use NICE EnginFrame as normal and AWS will continue to provide security updates until then. However, new customer sign-ups and renewal of existing licenses and support will no longer be accepted.

If you want to continue using NICE EnginFrame beyond the end-of-support date, we recommend contacting NI-SP, an AWS partner with decades of experience implementing and supporting NICE EnginFrame for enterprises. NI-SP worked with AWS and has developed an NI-SP branded solution. For more information on this product, contact NI-SP directly.

What about NICE DCV?

There are no changes planned for NICE DCV which continues to be actively supported by AWS.

Conclusion

We thank you for using NICE EnginFrame. If you need assistance or have feedback, don’t hesitate to reach out to your usual AWS support contacts.
