Great, needs dates and more data diagrams/charts
This is very well-written, at least to the point where the data structures start getting fine-grained. Let me explain: Compare the documentation for QuestionForm vs. QualificationValueMapping. The former has the nice box showing the possible fields, etc. The latter is just described in text. What might be easier would be some entity diagrams... Also: Twice in a row, I inadvertantly printed out two old versions of the documentation. On the next revision, can you put the revision date right on the front page? It's only when you get to the "WSDL and Schema Locations" (page 36) that you see that the latest version is 2006-10-31.
