Join AWS in Lisbon for Web Summit 2018

AWS is back in  Lisbon, Portugal the week of November 6th for its second year at the Web Summit Conference. Last year, Amazon CTO Werner Vogels talked up voice tech (as did Amazon Speech Platform/Alexa VP Al Lindsay) and dozens of startups and VCs stopped by the AWS booth to chat.

This year’s event is expected to be bigger than ever, with over 70,000 attendees from over 170 countries planning to attend.  For full details on Web Summit, including ticket details,  check out the event website at https://websummit.com/

We’ll have a large AWS team on site, so drop by and see us at our booth. The activities that we’re running include:

Mentor Hours aimed at providing hundreds of startups with the opportunity and time to ask one-on-one questions and connect with media experts, top speakers, and lead investors.

The AWS Developer Workshop Theater featuring expert speakers from the AWS team around the world. They will cover a wide range of topics, from Introducing AWS to Developers, diving into AI and Machine Learning and discovering why Chaos Engineering is important in assuring the reliability of your applications. Whether you’re just getting started, or interested in diving deep in specific technologies or architecture patterns, join us. You can find the complete, three-day schedule for the theater below.

Ask An Expert Bar AWSAsk a Startup Expert Bar will provide both new and existing customers with one-on-one access (with no appointment needed) to our Startup Solution Architects and Business Development teams, who will be onsite to answer any questions you might have about designing, building, deploying, and scaling your startup together with AWS.
