Announcing APN Partner Success Stories

A good business relationship is one that enables you to build stronger relationships with your end customers, to successfully reach new customers, and to improve upon and expand your own services and offerings. We’ve built strong relationships with a number of APN Partners globally, and have seen them do remarkable things on the AWS platform to build their business and enable their customers in the move to the AWS Cloud. We’d like to celebrate those APN Partners, and to share their stories with you.

We’re excited to announce the launch of APN Partner Success Stories, devoted to telling the story of APN Partners’ successes from their perspectives. We’d like to introduce our inaugural features, which highlight Premier APN Consulting Partner Dedalus, and Advanced APN Technology Partner Trend Micro.

Dedalus

Dedalus has been an AWS Partner Network (APN) Premier Partner since 2012. After running and maintaining their own data center for many years, Dedalus decided to sell their data center and move all-in on the AWS Cloud. Through AWS, Dedalus has experienced great success in both the time-to-market and scaling capabilities for end customers, a decreased total cost of ownership for end customers, and substantial growth of their customer base. Trend Micro

Trend Micro, an Advanced APN Technology Partner, delivers proven cloud security solutions for protecting AWS-hosted applications and servers. Trend Micro decided to build and deploy a Deep Security as a Service offering on AWS for customers in conjunction with Version 9 of their core Deep Security platform. Trend Micro has experienced a lot of success in building their solution on AWS, particularly in working with Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS). “Data protection is at the core of what we do. AWS allows us to not lose sleep over that. We know the data is safe, and that we’ve taken every level of precaution that we can. Further, we know we have a constant level of restore. If needed, we could restore the service at a specific point in time, within an hour.
