Newest APN Competency: Security Partner Solutions
Security is the top priority at AWS, and we work with a global ecosystem of APN Partners who provide security solutions on AWS. In fact, we spoke about our vast ecosystem at the Chicago Summit on July 1st:
Today, we’re thrilled to announce an important new launch for our APN Partners: the launch of the APN Security Competency.
What is the APN Security Competency?
Security on AWS is a shared responsibility between AWS and the customer: AWS manages the underlying infrastructure, and customers secure anything they put on the infrastructure or connect to the infrastructure. APN Partners offer hundreds of industry-leading products that are equivalent, identical to, or integrate with existing controls in your on-premises environments. These products complement the existing AWS services to enable you to deploy a comprehensive security architecture and a more seamless experience across your cloud and on-premises environments.
APN Security Competency Partners have demonstrated success in building products and solutions on AWS to support customers in multiple areas, including: infrastructure security, policy management, identity management, security monitoring, vulnerability management, and data protection.
