Boxtal: Shipping-as-a-service Solutions with Boxtal

Small and medium businesses have parcels to send, but often lack the means to negotiate prices with shipping couriers. Boxtal (formerly EnvoiMoinsCher) is a software company that provides these businesses with an intuitive solution. The Boxtal website enables e-merchants to address their shipping needs in a single platform, from ordering to tracking to cancellation. The website also aims to connect marketplaces and to provide an API for larger companies.

Samuel Guérin, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Boxtal, explains how the company switched to the cloud to accommodate the growth of their business, and to implement new features and solutions at a faster, more efficient pace. The company can now provide a proof of concept generally within days or weeks. Guérin calls this a “shift in the fun,” stating that “providing value is the new way of having fun.”
