How to Submit APN Customer Reviews

The AWS Partner Network (APN) is the global partner program for Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is focused on helping APN Partners build successful AWS-based businesses or solutions on behalf of AWS customers.
We value the opinions and experiences of AWS customers, which is why we launched the AWS Partner Solutions Finder to help customers connect with, search for, and ultimately provide feedback on their engagements with APN Partners.
If you’re an AWS customer and have worked with an APN Partner, reviewing your engagements provides AWS with key insights we use to monitor and improve the quality of APN Programs. We also know that your voice is the most trusted voice that other customers can hear from when choosing an APN Partner to work with.
How it Works
AWS customers are encouraged to leave reviews on APN Partner engagements that have been launched for more than two (2) weeks. This gives your organization some time to adjust to the new solution or workload delivered by the APN Partner, resulting in a more detailed, thorough review.
To submit a review, please follow these simple steps:
- Visit the AWS Partner Solutions Finder
- Search for the APN Partner you worked with
- Click the “Rate this Partner” button on the right side of the page
- Fill in and submit the Customer Review Form
- Complete the steps to validate your email address
Each time you submit a review, we will ask your permission to share your contact information with the APN Partner. This gives our APN Partners an opportunity to know which individuals submitted the feedback and to follow-up with you directly, if applicable.
If you do not want to share your contact info with APN Partners, they will still see your comments but will not be able to attribute the feedback to a specific individual or organization.
How We Use AWS Customer Reviews
Customer reviews are intended to capture all facets of your engagement with an APN Partner. Please provide as much information and concrete examples as you can about your engagements with APN Partners.
All reviews are shared with APN Partners, giving their business meaningful opportunities to respond, address concerns, or evolve strategies in line with customer feedback.
