Announcing the keynote speakers for the 2021 AWS Public Sector Summit Online

The AWS Public Sector Summit Online is happening April 15-16, 2021. Registration is open and no cost. Teresa Carlson, vice president of Amazon Web Services (AWS) worldwide public sector and industries, will host the keynote featuring inspiring leaders who are delivering on their missions with AWS.

Michael-Snyder-StanfordLearn about how Stanford University is leveraging wearable technology to detect pre-symptomatic COVID-19 cases in real time, from Dr. Michael Snyder, professor, chair of genetics, and director of the center of genomics and personalized medicine of Stanford University. Dr. Snyder will discuss the team’s ability to increase the scale of their diagnostics research with the cloud during the pandemic, and their plans to build a data lake with AWS that will combine wearable data with genomics data to provide a collaborative research platform as the first of its kind.
