  • Unlocking Gen AI Opportunities with AWS is a six-week upskilling cohort for executives, developed by AWS and Udemy.   • Foundations of Prompt Engineering introduces the basics of prompt engineering, the practice of designing inputs for generative AI tools, all the way through to advanced prompt techniques.
  • Building Language Models on AWS covers how to use Amazon SageMaker distributed training libraries to build language models and how to fine-tune open source models and foundation models.
  • Amazon Bedrock—Getting Started introduces learners to the service. This one-hour course will introduce developers and technical roles to Amazon Bedrock’s benefits, features, use cases, and technical concepts.
  • Building Generative AI Applications Using Amazon Bedrock teaches how to use Amazon Bedrock to build generative AI applications.

  • Developing Generative AI Applications on AWS is a two-day, advanced-level course that teaches you the basics, benefits, and associated terminology of generative AI. An expert AWS instructor will guide you through planning a generative AI project and the foundations of prompt engineering to develop generative AI applications with AWS services. By the end of the course, you’ll have the skills needed to build applications that can generate and summarize text, answer questions, and interact with users using a chatbot interface. An AWS Partner version is also available.
  • Generative AI Learning Plan for Developers (11 hours) introduces generative AI to developers who are interested in leveraging large language models without fine-tuning. This Learning Plan provides an overview of generative AI, planning a generative AI project, getting started with Amazon Bedrock, the foundations of prompt engineering, and the architecture patterns to build generative AI applications using Amazon Bedrock and LangChain.
  • AI Language Service Learning Plan (4 hours) is designed for developers interested in building chatbots, search applications leveraging natural language understanding, and transcribing calls in a contact center environment. You can combine these three AI services to build virtual contact center agents and conversational solutions that provide highly accurate responses to frequently asked questions.
  • Machine Learning Learning Plan – Intelligent Document Processing (2 hours, 30 min.) is designed to help developers who are new to AI services build Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions on AWS. This Learning Plan will provide you with an overview of Amazon Textract and Amazon Comprehend services. You will also get to practice what you learned with the help of a video tutorial in your own AWS account.

  • AWS Partner: Generative AI on AWS Essentials is a 45-minute course that provides a fundamental understanding of generative AI, its benefits, key AWS services, and customer use cases to help partners engage customers and drive adoption of AWS generative AI solutions. Designed for AWS partners and customer-facing professionals, it covers the basics of generative AI, how it works on AWS, key customer personas, prospecting with qualifying questions, and common use cases. With presentations, videos, and knowledge checks, the course prepares partners to qualify potential generative AI solutions that support business outcomes, culminating in a 25-question assessment to earn the Generative AI Essentials learning badge.
  • AWS Partner: Generative AI Sales 2024 – Specialized is a two-hour, fundamental course that equips customer-facing professionals and partners with the knowledge to support customers through key phases of their generative AI journey on AWS. After completing the prerequisite course, Generative AI on AWS Essentials, learners will identify relevant AWS services and features to address business needs, unique customer considerations, and resources for building a long-term, scalable generative AI plan. The course covers the value proposition of AWS, the customer journey from strategy to scaling, having effective conversations, as well as economic, responsible AI, and MLOps considerations. Multimedia activities include readings, videos, and knowledge checks, culminating in an assessment requiring an 80% passing score to earn the generative AI sales badge through Credly within 2-3 business days.

Workshops and Immersion Days
