Additionally, the platform offers a user-friendly framework to generate spatial videos for your 3D inventory. Avataar offers scalability to retailers through a templatized approach. Create one template for your category, then easily replace the 3D models within the video to generate videos for your entire catalog.

What’s even more remarkable? All of this is achieved while significantly reducing asset-production costs by up to 40 percent using Avataar’s generative AI–powered content creation system.

Step by step: Visualize with Avataar’s Creator platform

Avataar’s self-serve Creator platform empowers users to create highly realistic product visuals with ease and efficiency. Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Accessing Creator. Access the Avataar Creator platform in one of three ways:
1) Log in with your email using the public link.
2) Visit AWS Marketplace—Generative AI for Product Storytelling.
3) Use the link you received in an emailed invitation from Avataar or from a colleague.

Step 2: Creating and configuring a project. Once you’ve logged in to the platform, you can initiate a new project by specifying the project name and category from the “Projects” tab. Upload your 3D object file and add relevant details about the object. Preview the object on the canvas and submit to finalize uploading.

Step 3: Enhancing render quality and setting animations. Unique to Avataar’s Creator platform is the enhanced renderer. Simply activate the toggle to visualize the object in highly photorealistic settings. Further adjust lighting settings and noise as needed for added details. For videos, you can import images, clips, and text with the flexibility to animate each of these.

Step 4: Using AI backdrop generation. Set camera angles for the object and use AI backdrop generation. Input a textual description of the desired lifestyle background, choose from multiple generated options, and add the selected ones to your tray.

Step 5: Exporting rendered images and videos. To export images or videos, click on “export” and choose the output type. For images, you can also save a template to avoid the manual effort of selecting angles again for the same category of products.

Step 6: Creating your content. Log in to Avataar’s Creator and start creating compelling imagery and videos. Use this content to help drive higher engagement with and conversions from your ecommerce listings.
