AWS Startup Day is coming to AWS San Francisco Loft next week! On Wednesday, April 18th, over a dozen startup founders, entrepreneurs, technical specialists, and venture capitalists will be delivering a series of dynamic talks, panels, and learning sessions at AWS’s Loft space at 1446 Market St.

AWS was honored to join hundreds of entrepreneurs, investors, educators, government officials, and business representatives in Hyderabad, India for the 7th Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) last November.

Designed with startup founders and technical staff in mind, the AWS Startup Day series was created to help accelerate startup innovation and growth and we’re excited to be bringing the event to London for the first time.

There is something of value for everyone at the AWS Summits, a free event series that brings the cloud computing community together. These events are intended to provide educational value to attendees of all skill levels and industry backgrounds and demonstrate how they can utilize AWS for designing, deploying, and eventually operating infrastructures and applications. The next AWS Summit is being held in San Francisco on April 4th, where CTO Werner Vogels and Dr. Matt Wood, GM of Artificial Intelligence, will be delivering the keynote.

Amazon supports startups through a number of programs like AWS Activate, Amazon Launchpad, and Handmade, designed to boost the go-to-market efforts of entrepreneurs. Today, we’ve added the AWS Marketplace for Startups program to these, helping launch an ancillary channel for EMEA-based startups interested in building sustainable revenue streams.
