Explore new machine learning insights on episode 6 of Twitch AWS Power Hour
If you’ve been following along with our AWS Power Hour: Machine Learning series, you know our hosts are obsessed with some pretty specific topics (aliens and maple syrup?!). But you also know we’re more than half way through the season! You can catch the recorded streams to get caught up, or just jump in with Episode 6 on Thursday, August 27 at 4 p.m. PST on Twitch.
What’s on deck for episode 6
Our hosts will welcome Erin Hall, AWS Senior Solutions Architect, as she walks us through Amazon Connect, an easy to use, omnichannel cloud contact center that helps companies provide superior customer service at a lower cost. After a quick introduction, the gang will focus on how to leverage the service along with Amazon Lex to facilitate customer chat interaction with an agent. Then, we’ll build on prior episodes by diving deep with a demo that integrates multiple AWS AI Services all in one solution: Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Amazon Comprehend, and Amazon Kendra. As usual, you can expect fun, laughs, and lots of time in the console and looking at code.
