In many retail environments, SAP Hybris Commerce is deployed into production in what could best be described as a traditional way. Some organizations have opted to migrate SAP Hybris Commerce to the cloud, but have done so through “lift and shift” methods. Piksel Retail, a Piksel Group company, created the Digital Commerce Channel (DC2) to address these challenges. DC2 is their SAP Hybris-based e-commerce solution, deployed on AWS. Piksel Group is an APN Advanced Consulting Partner.

We are excited to release a major update to the SAP HANA on AWS Quick Start that supports Multi-AZ, single-node configurations with high availability. The SAP HANA on AWS Quick Start helps you deploy fully functional SAP HANA systems on the AWS Cloud, following best practices from AWS and SAP. The Multi-AZ option uses two Availability Zones for the SAP HANA environment on AWS and provisions two SAP HANA servers—primary and secondary—in separate, private subnets and configures them for high availability.

The APN Navigate Program provides a prescriptive path for APN Partners to build a specialized practice on AWS and deploy innovative solutions on behalf of customers.
