The AWS Ambassador Program is a vibrant worldwide community of AWS experts from AWS Partner Network (APN) Services and Software Partners. They are prominent leaders who are passionate about sharing their AWS expertise, and we’re honored to recognize this year’s top AWS Ambassadors for their outstanding performance and exemplary business impact and thought leadership. We also recognize the AWS Ambassador Certification All-Stars who have shown technical depth by holding all active AWS Certifications.

The AWS Ambassador Program is a vibrant worldwide community of technical experts, known as AWS Ambassadors, who are prominent leaders and passionate about sharing their AWS technical expertise. They author blogs and whitepapers, create and deliver public presentations, and contribute to open source projects. Our Ambassadors evangelize AWS via social media and facilitate peer-to-peer learning by presenting at conferences, leading workshops, and hosting user group events.

We are excited to highlight 74 AWS Partners that received new designations in August for our global AWS Competency, AWS Managed Service Provider (MSP), AWS Service Delivery, and AWS Service Ready programs. These designations span workload, solution, and industry, and help AWS customers identify top AWS Partners that can deliver on core business objectives. AWS Partners are focused on your success, helping customers take full advantage of the business benefits AWS has to offer.

With the new Amazon RDS Ready for Business Applications category, part of the AWS Service Ready Program, customers can now find business application products that follow AWS security, availability, reliability, performance, and other architecture best practices while integrating with Amazon RDS. The Amazon RDS Ready Program makes it easy for AWS customers to find products and solutions that integrate with Amazon RDS database engines including Amazon Aurora, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle Database, and SQL Server. Amazon RDS Ready Partners provide tooling for Amazon RDS adoption in areas like migration, performance, governance, and monitoring. They also support the use of the Amazon RDS platform as a back-end for applications deployed within a customer’s AWS account.

Before making a purchasing decision, AWS customers tell us they want to know if a tool or application will integrate with AWS services running in their cloud environment. To meet this need for customers, we are excited to introduce AWS Service Ready. This program identifies and validates products from APN Technology Partners that integrate with specific AWS services, and recommends these products to customers.

There are AWS PrivateLink-enabled SaaS offerings from APN Partners for everything from managed databases to analytics tools and fraud detection APIs. By integrating with AWS PrivateLink, these offerings make it easy to consume fully-managed services while still maintaining a private network configuration that used to require you to host applications yourself. To help you find SaaS products like these, we are excited to feature solutions from APN SaaS Partners who fully support AWS PrivateLink access to their applications.
