The AWS Machine Learning Visionaries Partners Report is a quarterly series that tracks, selects, collates, and distributes horizontal technology capabilities enabled by machine learning in areas that AWS expects to be transformative in 1-3 years. The series’ purpose is to share our insights with AWS Partners and to collect their interest, expertise, and insights in co-building along these prioritized themes. The reports include updates on series topics as we see changes in those areas, and new topics will also be added.

The AWS Ambassador Program is a vibrant worldwide community of technical experts from AWS Partner Network (APN) services and software partners. We are honored to recognize the AWS Ambassadors who show technical depth with multiple AWS Certifications and provide exemplary contributions to the AWS community. We are also excited to introduce our newest AWS Ambassadors who were welcomed into the program during Q3 2022.

Even the most technically astute organizations can find it challenging to conform to such requirements and do so efficiently. The Authority to Operate (ATO) on AWS partner program supports Amazon Web Services (AWS) customers overcome these hurdles by building a community of vetted, expert partners. While the ATO on AWS program was originally launched in the United States, it has begun supporting customers globally and we are excited to formally launch the program in Canada.

We are pleased to announce the new Amazon EKS Delivery specialization to help customers find validated AWS Partners that can help them implement their workloads using Kubernetes on top of Amazon EKS. The Amazon EKS Delivery specialization recognizes AWS Partners who have demonstrated technical proficiency to architect, run, and operate containerized workloads on top of Amazon EKS, helping customers drive success in their container-based modernization efforts.

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Amazon OpenSearch Service Delivery specialization to help customers find validated AWS Partners with deep technical knowledge, experience, and proven success delivering Amazon OpenSearch Service. Amazon OpenSearch Service is an open source, distributed search and analytics suite that makes it easy for customers to perform interactive log analytics, real-time application monitoring, website search, and more.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the AWS Partner Network (APN). To celebrate a decade of partner-driven innovation and evolution, we launched “10 Years of Success”—a series of partner transformation stories highlighting some AWS Partners who have grown with us since 2012. To wrap up the series, we’re featuring Alert Logic, an AWS Competency Partner that provides managed detection and response (MDR) solutions cloud applications.

In celebration of the 10-year anniversary of the AWS Partner Network (APN), we are highlighting some of our AWS Partners who have grown with us over the past decade. Cloudreach, an Atos company, is an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner and MSP that offers database migration services from any origin to Amazon RDS for Oracle or Amazon RDS for SQL Server. We spoke with Cloudreach’s David Kress about the company’s 10-year transformation and what being an AWS Partner has meant for the business.

We are excited to highlight 112 AWS Partners that received new designations in September for our global AWS Competency, AWS Managed Service Provider (MSP), AWS Service Delivery, and AWS Service Ready programs. These designations span workload, solution, and industry, and help AWS customers identify top AWS Partners that can deliver on core business objectives. AWS Partners are focused on your success, helping customers take full advantage of the business benefits AWS has to offer.

We are excited to announce the new AWS Control Tower specialization for AWS Partners with AWS Control Tower service and software offerings. AWS Control Tower provides an easy way to set up and govern a secure, multi-account AWS environment—reducing complexity and time required to establish governance for multiple AWS accounts. Customers can now choose customized services and software solutions from AWS Partners that complement AWS Control Tower.

Next in our “10 Years of Success” series is Appian, an AWS Competency Partner whose unified low-code platform combines process mining, workflows, and automation to help customers build cloud-native applications and workflows. We spoke with Marc Wilson, Founder and Chief Partner Officer at Appian, about the company’s 10-year transformation, its role as key players in the low-code platform market, and what APN resources Appian has found most valuable as an AWS Partner.
