By Elaine Perales, Manager, Global Programs – AWS
By Daniel Bugarin, Program Manager – AWS
The AWS Ambassador Program is a vibrant worldwide community of technical experts from AWS Partner Network (APN) services and software partners.
AWS Ambassadors are prominent leaders who are passionate about sharing their Amazon Web Services (AWS) technical expertise. They author blogs and whitepapers, create and deliver public presentations, and contribute to open source projects.
AWS Ambassadors evangelize AWS via social media and facilitate peer-to-peer learning by presenting at conferences, leading workshops, and hosting user group events.
AWS Ambassador Awards 2022
At the fourth annual AWS Ambassador Global Summit in September, we kicked off a 2.5-day event in Seattle with 82 Ambassadors from 66 unique AWS Partners from more than 20 countries. The last in-person event was held in 2019, so all of our Ambassadors were eager to get together once more to dive deep on AWS topics and interact with 10 specialty experts from across the AWS Partner Organization.
We were honored to recognize the Ambassadors who show technical depth with multiple AWS Certifications and provide exemplary contributions to the AWS community. Following are the 2022 AWS Ambassador Awards recipients:
